Breakfast was great - for my meat-eating family members and my husband & I (vegetarians)!! Can't think of anything...it was perfect & met all our needs.

Location was superb! We were able to take a bus directly from Haneda to the metro station, directly across the street from our hotel. We used these metros daily and several lines met there, making it extremely easy for us! We had breakfast in the sunny restaurant, just steps away from registration, it was delicious and very inexpensive with helpful staff. Fresh towels, PJs daily. We will DEFINITELY be staying at this hotel on our future visits and highly recommend it! Typical size for Tokyo so rooms were small with both of our large suitcases totally opened. Unfortunately, they couldn't slide under the bed, which is too bad as that would have made our stay safer and easier to move around! Would have earned 10 stars, then! NO TV stations in English:-(

The staff were very friendly from start to finish and super helpful! They help me set up luggage delivery to my next hotel which allowed me more comfort during travel. I just wish I could use the spa having tattoos

+ Very convenient access to public transportation, with the train station just on the other side of the street, from where you can directly get to Tokyo city and other important places. + There is a bus stop nearby from where you can take the Keikyu Limousine bus directly to Tokyo Haneda Airport for only 800 JPY. + There are plenty of shops and restaurants below- and around the hotel. + The WiFi was fast and relatively stable. + Everything was clean. -- This seems to be a common trend in Japan, but I find check-ins via machines quite impersonal. The reader did not initially recognize my reservation based on my passport, and entering my name did also not work. Only when an assistant came, was I able to check in. It would have been so much easier to talk to a receptionist and hand him/her the passport. -- There was a non-functioning light bulb in my room, which limited the brightness when it was dark outside. Despite my request to fix it, the light bulb was never replaced.

The room was a good size for Tokyo. Location was great - one stop on train to Shinagawa and Yamanote line; the bus to and from Haneda airport was right out front of the hotel. Konbini and places to eat close by. The laundry on level 4 of the hotel was great. Hard pillows - but they tend to be in every hotel!

Everything! Front desk customer service was outstanding. Room was clean and well organized. Hotel has grocery and many other offerings for convenience on site. NA

Location is hard to beat: Oimachi Station is right across the street, and connects to Shinagawa, Shibuya/Shinjuku/Tokyo Station, and Odaiba areas. Four supermarkets are in the area within 5-minute walk. Beds were comfy. Laundry machines were easy to operate. The footbed lights did not work. It would also be better if the beds had spaces between them. Also, the shower turned off every 5-6 seconds.

3 elevators but still slow. The location.

Easy access from haneda airport and bus drop off in front of hotel (30 min). Lots of restaurants and grocery store in building complex. Across Oimachi train station.

Excellent location. Literally the Oimachi Station is just across the Hotel and there are so many shops and restaurants in the area I hope there is an International News channel on TV (in English)

The place is super clean and staff are very friendly. The location of this hotel is excellent - right by the train, other stores/restaurants making it super convenient. The room itself was very small. We had to take turns opening up 1 suitcase at a time because of how limited the space was :') The dryer situation was also frustrating because my clothes were still damp after more than an hour so don't expect your clothes to be dry even if you add time to it.

The location of the hotel is most excellent! Next to the train station, the bus, and close to restaurants and stores! I loved the supermarket below the hotel. Nothing...everything was great!

The hotel location is wonderful, right by the train station and there is a shopping mall under the hotel. The price went up a bit, used to be more reasonable.

Everything was convenient from the stores to the train station being close by the hotel overall was amazing I’d definitely come back N/A
