Very friendly staff and a great location with views of Sensoji Temple. Our initial room was tiny for a family of three which was completely my fault for not reading the details more closely. The staff was able to upgrade us to a significantly bigger room for a small fee. Highly recommended this hotel.

Lunch . Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey but the variety and quality was excellent. Longer food service hours would have been nice.

The room was very clean and much bigger than my other room that I stayed in Japan. The location was amazing and so close to everything. You literally had everything in Asakusa just at your door steps.
