Great staff, easy english checkin via machine, fantasitc location in relation to train station. Room a bit small.

The staff was very warm and friendly. Good location! The room wasn’t the cleanest. Stains and scratches on the walls, threadbare sheets, female hair on the desk. The value is average - some of the night stays were inexpensive while others were very expensive. A little confusing.

It was all good. It was enough for me, traveling on business. My criticism: The VERY bright room light, but no small light on lamp next to the bed for me to read by.

Location near many places to eat at any hour. Really close to train station.

Vex good location, close to subway and local trains, shops , restaurants etc super friendly staff. My room was very small, hardly any space for my luggage, and it had hardly any daylight as the small window was facing another building. The room was cool and I had to switch on the AC to warm it up which made it very dry. It was a bit depressing especially given that I had received news of my mom‘s passing upon arrival.

Location is nice Cleanliness

Room was clean and in an excellent location, very near to the local transit station and many bars and restaurants, the area is very lively at night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This is more likely by nature of my selection of this hotel due to its pricing and location and not considering room size, but having two people in one of these rooms was a challenge. It would be perfect for one person.

A bedside lamp for reading would be good. This was a flaw in the room design.

Staff were excellent We knew it was was a small room however, I didn’t realise it was a small double bed as well which could have been said within the online reservation. We are two medium sized people who struggled to sleep on the bed which was very frustrating. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The room was small but very comfortable and clean. There was a refrigerator and a powerful AC, and a cute rubber duck in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and would magically appear whenever the front door opened. The price and location were amazing!

Located perfectly with a short walk to a major train station 1 stop away from Tokyo station. Staff very friendly and would greet me everyday, also help my AirPods I left in the room by mistake until I arrived back in Tokyo for my departure back home. Room was a little small but I am rather tall and traveled with snowboards so this wouldn’t likely be an issue for most people.

Overall it was a good experience. Wouldn't say there is much going on or luxuries, but it gets the job done in every way. I'm bigger than the average japanese men, but I didn't have any problems with the space that I had there. But just watch out if you're a big person.

Close to train station and restaurants, vivid area. Water kettle in room Room is small. Bed for 2 ppl was quite small. Only for thin people or very romantic.
