Smi:re Stay Oshiage

Excellent spot to stay, really comfortable and in a great location. Train station really close and short walk to the sky tree.

The location was perfect! Close to convenience stores, a short walk to the Skytree and train stations. I canʻt think of anything I didnʻt like.

Room was big enough for three adults & our luggages. Beds were comfortable. I liked there was a separation of a bedroom. Appreciated the two air conditioners that you can operate yourself. There is an elevator. The location was good. Close to a subway station, short walks to eateries, quiet neighborhood, close to two malls, and 7-eleven & Family Mart close by. I was able to send my extra luggage ahead to the airport from the 7-eleven. Even though there is a washer in the room, there is a 24 hour laundromat close by that washes & dries in same machine and they also have dryers by themselves. Wish there was a full size mirror. Wish the washer was a washer/dryer combo or had a dryer.

Proximity to Tokyo Skytree and Station Very snug

Great location, all within walking distances to Skytree & train stations. The rooms were decent size.

Receptionist only come from 3 - 11 pm. No luggage storage. The place is very narrow, hard to navigate with big luggage and little children. No cleaning service.

Location, easy access to station, easy check in. We can put our luggages before check in time. Superb. Tiny spaces for luggage and no extra floor mat available.

The big bedroom of room 302 had a strong and persistent smell, as if someone smoked in it a long time ago and the smell soaked into the carpet and walls.

The only real downside was that there was a long hallway connecting the two rooms which sometimes got crowded to access the bathroom or shower or to pass each other - this was a necessary trade-off for having two rooms though. We really wanted to tray the cafe/bar that was part of the hotel but it was never open when we were around in the mornings or evenings.

Probably the best place ive stayed at in Japan, everything was perfect. The apartment is perfect size, super cosy, all the facilities are great. The area is very relaxing, honestly I would definitely consider going there again. Thank you !

Superb

Very convenient location and very quiet. Plenty of towels. The hallways were kind of narrow and opening the main door you would have to make sure that the room next to you doesn’t open at the same time. However understandable given this is how Japan is in terms of housing. The bathroom sink faucet and toilet seats were loose at the start of our visit, but we didn’t think it was too big of a deal since it wasn’t broken or anything; however I’m sure it would be beneficial for the owners to be inspecting the facilities for any loose ends before renting out the room :)

Excellent value, narrow but large apartment for Japanese standards. Very contemporary, stylish and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our family of 5. Great location near Skytree and shops, transport.Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in is very easy. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Nothing, everything was excellent.

Safe & quiet & warm. Washing machine was great too. The platform bed & single beds upstairs.

Love the spaciousness that could fit our family of 4. The kitchen is easy to use & complete with dining table. The neighbourhood is peaceful so convenient very close to the train station & food options. Thin walls that you can hear your neighbours in the upper floor/ next door. Other than that everything else was great!
