The location was close to the train station and on a quiet street. The room is on the small side but perfect for a single person.

The location is really good. I appreciated how much room there was in the bathroom to keep my toiletries. My mistake was booking a smokers room, however they provide you with this spray which neutralizes all smells and literally worked like magic!

I think the only thing that bothered me a little was this weird odor you could smell in the corridor of the floor, luckily it wasn't in the room. It wasn't horrible but it was weird. It didn't bother me much though because it wasn't in the reception floor (where the restaurant is) nor you smell it anymore once you get into the room.

The facilities were amazing. They do give everything for the guests. It is located in a good neighborhood with the subway relatively near and have a lot of restaurants and convenience stores near The staff doesn’t really speak English, they do their best, but is a really poor English. The room space is limited. It is well know hotel rooms in Tokyo are like that, but it is really small

Clean and practical hotel in a good location. The room was a bit smaller compared to other stays, but everything was functional and tidy. Good option for exploring Tokyo.

staff are polite and want to help, poor to non exist English, its strange for staff works in the accommodation industry, location is good, many places to eat, place is clean to sterile probably like all Japan. breakfast is good. they were very kind with luggage storage. room size is tiny, you barely can see the floor, I do a stretching exercise each morning using the "time to bend" apps, its a 5 min exercise, I could not do it in the room, no place, I guess these is the problem in Japan, no space. I decided to move to other place a bit far from center in the hope to find more space.
