Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ochanomizu Jimbocho

Breakfeast was not usable for those with gluten intolerance I found out after buying coupons for the whole week (only bread options). The coffee was undrinkable (latte with corn milk?). But this is not part of the hotel, it is an independent cafè in the same building.

Really liked the luggage storage until our train left

Comfy and very clean room, friendly staff! lot's of stuff like toiletries and other things like tea or chargers available in the lobby, which was nice. Its location makes for easy access to Tokyo's metro and is a good starting point for exploration. Also, there's a lot of restaurants around. Size of the room was a bit small, but completely okay for solo bookings.

I want to praise the staff of this hotel. They've been the most helpful people I met in the hospitality industry! I've been to many hotels in Japan and while this is a regular hotel, the dedication of the staff is equal to a 5 stars one.

Location is great in a nice streets with restaurants, coffee shops and book stores. And close to several subway stations. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are small but ok for Tokyo standards. Room was clean. Bathroom was small but clean. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Strangely enough there were two totally different pillows, when asked if we could change one of them because it was quite hard there was no other available. The reception are is small and usually cramped with people passing and checking in and out. It was always a crawl and dance out of the hotel between people and suitcases.

The room is pretty small but I guess everywhere in japan hotel rooms are small

Great location if you like a cozy spot in Tokyo where you still have easy access to everything. Super comfortable room and a great size for the price. Nothing! It was great!

Location was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Staff was kind. Nice mattress. Fun pijamas provided. Breakfast. Very limited options for food choices. No green tea. Room was cramped and my spouse had to climb over the bed to get into their side. Extremely small room, even by Japanese standards.

The location is great and the facility has great value. The rooms were small.

the location was great! very near jimbocho station, bookstores, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and a pharmacy. jimbocho neighborhood has charm. the fire alarm went off on our second night and we were told to evacuate. it was very seamless and organized. thankfully, it was a false alarm but i appreciate the fast action of the staff regardless. as in most japanese hotels, the space was small. That said, it still fits our 1 medium-sized luggage and cabin luggage.

Location is perfect for ones who love the books !

Location is fantastic if you are an adult who likes a quieter area than Shibuya or Shinjuku. Great restaurants nearby and may ski shops if you plan to head to Hokkaido this is the best place to stay and recover from jet lag and buy gear before heading up north. Will not be staying at any another Sotetsu for long stays as they force room clean up which can be an issue if you sleep during the morning.

The location was superb! The room was well equipped and very clean. The staff were very professional! The room was a little small for my comfort, but I guess this is the norm in Tokyo.
