Great location, close to Tokyo and kyobashi stations (direct train to Haneda airport). 5 mins walk to ginza and the shops. Very good connectivity to the rest of Tokyo. Staff were friendly and helpful with checking in and out. Turns out the hotel is also earthquake proof - there was a small quake (3.9 on the Richter scale) whilst we were in our room packing - the whole building shook - but all was well. We were assured by the staff that everything was safe - they were right. We didn't really use the hotel facilities as we were flying out early the following morning. Nothing to take issue with.

Very small room but very clean and nice staff

Centrally located near two metro stations within 150 feet of the hotel. Tokyo station is about a 15 minute walk. Ginza district is walkable from hotel. 4 breakfast options from the restaurant. Room looks rather small than in the picture.

Location of the hotel is great and is convenient and accessible. Staff are friendly and accommodating - my friend and I had separate bookings but they managed to put us on the same floor. Also had questions about the luggage transport service and they were very helpful. The carpet in the room was not really clean and there was a bit of a musty smell from it. Room gets a bit stuffy overnight due to the lack of ventilation and window cannot be opened for safety reasons.

Close to everything that I needed to go Rooms are too tiny

It was an excellent location! Clean, quiet and comfortable. We had three beds for three adults and staff already had the sofa bed made up. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Definitely recommend.

We chose this location as we wanted to be close to the train station for easy access to tours and the Bullet train. Thus, the location was perfect. For being a small hotel, it had everything we needed, all the toiletry for the rooms, the laundry facilities, etc. The rooms were very small, but we already knew this :). All in all, very comfortable, very convenient and perfectly fine! We wished the restaurant could have been open on weekends as well.

Ten minutes walk to Tokyo station. Fifteen minutes to Limo bus to Haneda. Downtown business business location.. not a popular tourist area. Not many opportunities available for lunch without standing on a line with all the business people. But if one is out and about town during the day that doesn't matter. And any case I chose a twice because it's close to Tokyo station. Very small room for one person as usual. Slept well and good shower good bathroom. Great location if you like to walk around the city and see beautiful buildings. Excellent for business person. Breakfast available for 1,800Y. Family Mart just around the corner open 24/7 with places to eat inside.... which is unusual.

We reserved the smoking room. Although we knew it can smell i didn't foresee it can be this bad. We couldn't stay at that room and they didn't a vacant room so we immediately booked a room from another hotel. Not a nice way to start a 2 week journey

Tiny room with hardly any place to put our backpacks. The bathroom was dirty with a black hair left behind by a previous guest/staff. The hotel was a little tricky to find.

The staff spoke excellent English making communication very easy! Tons of free toiletries in the lobby for all your needs.
