The location is excellent. The staff doesn't speak English, and I recommend that the hotel invest in developing its employees to create a better customer experience.

The bed was really big comparing to other hotel rooms in Tokyo. Clean and staff friendly The breakfast was ok but small, not so many choices. There is international and japanese breakfast available.

Provide lots of hygiene and skin care items. Good breakfast food that was included. Besides one of the places on the list we wanted to go. Asakusa subway line was a bit further walking distance than Ginza line. After a long walk from visiting places, it felt like a long walk back to hotel from subway.

Very convenient to Senso Ji temple. Easy walk to Asakusa station. Good breakfast. Free happy hour beverages. 118 SF room is tight for 2 people

Incredible location right next to Senso-Ji Temple. A good breakfast every morning and complementary happy hour drinks. Very helpful staff and many extras like pajamas and laundry machines. Fair price point for area. No view, but I knew that going in. You can crack the window open to let in some air though.

Location - I loved coming home and walking through the pagoda area after a long day of busy sightseeing. I loved being greeted by the friendly evening staff. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like!

Great breakfast. Kid tray. Clean. Choosing own pillow. Great value! Rooms are small but that is to be expected. There was garbage bags outside rooms in hall on our floor (floor 10).

Best part of the hotel is the location since you're within walking distance to train stations (Ginza and Asakusa line), tourist spots (Sensoji temple and Tokyo Skytree), and several shopping areas (Ekamise, Asakusa Rox). Booked a double room non-smoking during my stay. It was expectedly small, so guests bringing large clamshell-type luggage might have a bit of a hard time opening their luggage.
