What I liked the most was the staffs’ smile. They are all polite and kind too. Thinking about the price and the hotel’s location, this hotel was way more than I expected. Definitely 10 out of 10. Nothing really.

    Easy check in/out. N/a

Not much Upon checking in, we learned that we had to make our own bed. I complained and all they did is say “sorry!”

The location is excellent, and the room and hotel itself are really nice. They have laundry facilities and even a small onsen. Check in was really easy as well. This is my third time staying here and it's always been a great experience.

    Didn’t get N/A

I like the friendliness of the front desk staff, the organic amenities, and the location. I also like the blackout shade. The black tea and English breakfast tea quality is not great.

    Onsen, kind staff, location

Nice staff, good facilities, rooms are small but that’s normal for Japan standard rooms. The locations is also very convenient to explore the city due to close proximity of several metro stations.

Great location, close to trains/central, clean and quiet onsen, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, quiet rooms, pillow selection, free coffee - all around amazing stay. Highly recommend.

The elevators spritzed too much scent every time we got in. It was a bit overwhelming. But that is literally the only part we didn’t like.

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Overall it was good but I don’t think the room is clean enough The bedsheet seems dirty. I feel itchy lying down

Small comfortable room A lot of restaurants very near. Location is very central in tokyo

Staff - Noticed that I limped away from the desk at check in and she ran after me to offer a room closer to the elevator. We were looking for a wheel chair rental. Front Desk staff was helpful. We ordered one on Amazon instead and they helped us unbox it. The Onsen was amazing. Bed and pillow were super comfortable. Free drinks and snacks in the evening. Nice Amenities.

It is near two train stations, a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is very friendly.

The hotel is located in a very cool neighborhood with restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Some are open 24/7. It is surely not a touristic neighborhood yet everything is very accessible for foreign tourists. The hotel itself is clean and cute. Of course the size is small, but it is expected and it is great enough for resting after a busy day outdoor. The staff was super helpful and you can have your luggage forwarded to the next destination easily with their help. There's also a tattoo-friendly onsen inside the hotel, which is a really great feature.

Good location. Comfortable pillows and good amenities. Staff is great and always in a good mood. You have to take an elevator to lobby and then another elevator to your room. Your room key is a code-- so don't lose the paper of the code!

Great location, friendly staff, super clean!

Great location, onsite onsen, onsite laundry, staff was nice, good breakfast. TVs have Netflix so you can watch stuff in English

Convenient location, very comfortable, and great value! I didn’t opt for breakfast, as there is a convenience store right next to the hotel entrance. Loved the Refa hairdryer, and they also gave me a lovely selection pack of skincare products to use. I was also very impressed at their efforts to support sustainable travel. My room was perfectly fine for me as a solo traveler, however the bed was a double bed with a single loft bed overhead, so I am guessing it could also be booked as a room for three… and that would not be at all comfortable!

Clean and the staff very friendly.
