It was a small room, but everything was very convenient—fresh white towels every day, lots of amenities. The location was nice, close to Tokyo Station—just a 15-minute walk. There were lots of small, local places to eat nearby. The breakfast offered a variety of foods, so you could easily find what you wanted. Also, at 3 p.m., they had a self-service bar where you could enjoy some wine or perhaps Japanese gin. It was also very nice.

You don't need to do anything to checkout. You just call out and leave a sign in the door of your room. Lobby can get a little crowded at breakfast, but nothing too bad.

There could be a bit more of a lobby space to plan the day. The entrance is already the breakfast space, so there is little opportunity to hang out more comfortably.

Liked the table (good for watching T.V while checking e-mails. Complimentary breakfast okay. Nice that they had complimentary, self-serve beverages throughout the day! Loved that we could also choose what type of pillow we wanted! Room small, unfortunately one if the chargers did not work?

The location was great. Really close to the center, like 20 mins walking to Tokyo Station. The bedrooms were a little small, but that's normal in Japan, especially closer to Tokyo center.

They have free breakfast and evening happy hours for drinks. Their service is amazing. I forgot a small bag full of charging cables and adapters. The moment I got back to Europe and realized what happened, I contacted them and asked for information. They replied me very quickly. In the end my friend in Tokyo visited them and picked it up for me. The whole process was so smooth that I can’t believe. Thank you so much! Nothing. Everything is perfect

Breakfast was fine. We weren't used to some of the items offered for breakfast but there was a good selection to pick from and everything was good. The place was clean and we liked the extra items that were offered to us e.g. items that one may forget to bring with them like hand cream, etc. There was several restaurants close by. The room was small but everything else was good.
