A top-tier, elegant hotel with incredible attention paid to every detail. The rooms are spacious, silent, and extremely comfortable. Would want to stay here as often as I can. Nothing at all.

The property and staff were wonderful. It was the perfect landing spot for my family’s first visit to Japan. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, trains, and the 3 mile run/walking loop around the Imperial Palace made our stay very easy. My daughter says her favorite was the breakfast at the property.

Central location. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Food at the lounge on the first floor is fabulous! Accessing the gym and the rules related to only using machines for 20 minutes or less. The gym was a little crowded with machines. Also, there appeared to be an additional charge for using the locker room. I did not have time in my schedule to use the locker room but as a hotel guest, I was not expecting an additional charge for this amenity.

You could hear/ a bit of the train movements it's not too bad but if you're a light sleeper it could effect you

The room was spacious, comfortable and quite. The only sound I heard was the occasional low thrum of train engine. The building is elegant and glamorous in appearance and history. The location is a convenient to access the Tokyo train station and walking distance to Ginza shopping. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. In room dinner service after a long day of walking was a delicious treat. Every staff member I encountered was very polite and helpful.

Historic Luxury Hotel at the main train station. Very convenient for taking a bullet train. Everything from staff, room, facilities and food was impeccable. Nothing. We loved it all.

This was our fourth time staying at Tokyo Station hotel. The service is impeccable and the location is great. Also love the amazing buffet breakfast. I wish there was a lounge area for guests to relax in. Often the main floor lounge is completely full with a line.

An experience to stay in such an iconic hotel. Gorgeous room, all quality. Great breakfast. Excellent service. Was able to leave luggage before and after stay. Great access to the station. Well it was EXPENSIVE! Dinner not included, not sure about the spa. We’d been spoiled in the ryokans and this hotel couldn’t compete. But it is Tokyo! Had to queue to check in as well, which down graded the service, but it was fun to try once.
