Wheelchair accessible. Conveniently located near shopping areas and sightseeing attractions, with easy access to train stations for traveling throughout Japan. Nothing.

Helpful staff. Close to 2 stations. Close to food and grocery store. Close to family mart. Nice kitchen. Free coffee, green tea, miso. Burner, microwaves and refrigerators. Deep tub so difficult if you can't maneuver.

Location is great, walking distance to Ueno Park and Akiba, easy metro from Tokyo Station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Neighbourhood is quiet. We slept very well. We asked for two rooms on the same floor but that couldn't be arranged.

Liked the bed curtains allowing for privacy the in room bathroom and the attentive staff If you had a group there was only one key and one spare back at the booking so if people were doing individual things there had to be more time around who has the key

Location and connectivity to major stations, near by food options The beds have very thin mattress / quilt style ( tatami floor) so it's not that comfortable like a normal mattress.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is very good, with Akihabara just about 10 minutes away and Ueno Park nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and lounge facilities were excellent, with everything available including coffee and cooking essentials. It was very convenient for us to prepare and eat our ready-to-eat food daily. Nothing major to complain about. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Walking distance to Ueno Park, 3 Metro Stations, convenience stores and shops. A little more spacious compared to basic rooms in Tokyo. The space has a dining area, laundry area and the staff is always ready to help. The foam on the bed is a little on the thinner side.

Worth the money especially if youre a group of 4. Short walk to Metro and close to Ameyoko shopping streets.
