Its great strength is the location, price, and amenities. Unlimited towels, toothbrushes, combs etc. It can be noisy, but this time it was fine.

Clean, comfortable, good location. Very convenient if you’re flying out of Narita N/A

An interesting experience. I was hot in my capsule.

Good location

Staff was good, they answered all of my questions, very good service. Mostly some of the guests, staff can't control that so it's not a problem of the hotel itself
-
It was nice having an onsen to relax a bit. There is also a subway station nearby which is convenient. I didn't really like that I always had to switch my key to get the shoe key back even when I want to go out only for a moment. The capsule itself was okay, but also not great compared to other capsule hotels I've been to.

Floor 4 allows smoking and the smell goes up to the fifth floor (non smoking) i’d recommend you request floor 2 if you don’t like the smell of smoke

Entrance to dorm 5 smelt bad

What an experience! Many locals book this also, so dont expect an english conversation. The staff speaks a little bit English. The onsen was something new for me, and out of my comfort zone. But it was quite nice, and well maintained and well equipped. The sleeping area on 4th level has a smoking room across the hallway, which you can smell a little bit sometimes. This was my 1st stay in Japan, but i would still recommend it to any solo traveller. The location and price make this 10/10.

So many amenities free of charge!

Nothing. When we arrived there was not any single thing that we could like. Smell was awful.

The personnel were cheerful and helpful even though they couldn't speak good English, they tried. Close to good food places and subway stations. The mattress was not the softest or thickest, but definitely not uncomfortable, we stayed for 6 nights and I always had a good night's sleep. Compared to the mattresses some people are using in the campervan, this was comfy.

Good facilities in the public shower but the vent in the capsule was not very effective
-
A unique experience to stay. Capsule hotel with little sento (public bath) place. Near with conbini & eating places as well
-
I liked that there was a clean bathroom. The common space at the first floor was also comfortable. There was this really strong bas scent in the room that made it almost impossible to sleep. It even got stuck on my clothes .This to me out ruled whatever good qualities the hotel had. I was so impatient for it to be morning so I could exit the room.

Decent location, near the popular locations but a little hard to find/get to, great staff There are better deals for your money elsewhere, otherwise no issues
