Good location, decent facilities, kitchen Being disturbed by people in the room. Men staff going into the all woman room.

Had free luggage storage. Clean bathroom and showers. Kitchen area was great if a little crowded. Location is the best with little outside noise to deal with. Free umbrellas to borrow on rainy days. Staff is super nice and helpful. Difficult to find space in the dorms to open big checked suitcase. When you open one, you’re blocking all the other folk’s ability to walk through the hallway - there’s no space to walk around. Also will hear suitcase zippers all night long (which I understand) but just be warned.

Good value for money and a great location. You can access both Asakusa line and the Metro. The staff is friendly and even though space is limited I was pleasantly surprised that you can leave your luggage at the reception before check-in. The shower area was not very clean and there seemed to be a moldy smell. There is some storage in the rooms to put your baggage but not enough space to open them. I did make used of the packing table the day I left to reorganize my bag but most of my stay there it was used as storage by other guests.

It was close to train station and it was good price for what you get. The sleeping cubby was a little stuffy and it felt a little cramped - but I haven’t slept in many hostels so maybe that’s just the vibe

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Its location is amazing and I recommend this area to everyone because it is close to the stations as well as the Sensoji area with lots of shopping and food. The rooms, bathrooms, and shower rooms are always clean. People use the communal area respectfully. I am on the smaller side so I genuinely do not mind the pod beds, they are actually quite spacious and have a light, mirror, table, and charging ports. For the price, I would say it is the perfect stay. I don't really have a specific issue but other guests do tend to be noisy (though its not the actual staffs problem) so just be mindful.

i visited exact a year ago. Before it was shivering cold even in the bed. They actually fixed the problem and the temperature was perfect. Staffs were very friendly and helpful as it was except from the short haired bored looking staff. I liked their coffee so much but coffee machine was broken. First i came to my bed there was cramps and smell like someone been there. I request change my bed and they fixed the problem really fast. its probably mistake from the guest because their bed so good and clean

Because of some rooms are crowded, you may find a bit uncomfortable due to the noise that other guests make.

It was great and very very clean, staff was very kind, location was good and calm if you don't like crowded places.. and there was kitchen and balcony view was great..I like everything so you can go without any problems..for price it was middle as well..

Really simple and easy check-in with good facilities. I liked the shelves they had for each bed to store luggage and other items. The location is really nice very close to the stops along the Ginza line and the Asakusa station as well as many restaurants and convenience stores. The lounge has a rice cooker and other utensils that can be used to cook food. Towels are rental which is not a very big deal, but the front desk closes at 11:00 PM so you cannot get paid amenities after that time, also check-in after that time will cost extra which is surprising, although that time is fine for most people, it can be a little inconvenient.

No breakfast, but the lounge/kitchen were a tremendous amenity! I was tired of eating out, so I grabbed groceries and ate for a number of meals. Can't really say if anything I didn't like.

Affordable option compared to current hotel prices. Late night check is very convenient. The heater was turned on during my stay, so it was very hard to sleep on those temperatures. About 10 min away from the Asakusa Station.

Good place to lay your head down after traveling all day. Friendly and helpful staff. I felt safe there as a solo female traveler. The place was relatively clean. I think there was a man in the women's dormitory, so that was odd. Some of the facilities are a bit old and worn. It's not a big deal, though.
