Room was tiny. We were only able to fit one small suitcase for each person in the room. Fortunately, we stored the big luggage somewhere else before checking in. Wish there is a sitting area in the lobby.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the station and close to the Akihabara district, making it a great base for exploring Tokyo. We stayed in a triple room with a very large bed, and we slept very well. However, the room was extremely small, which made it a bit cramped. Breakfast was good, but the selection was quite limited. The room was extremely small, which made it a bit cramped. As for the staff, we didn't find them particularly friendly, at least the ones we interacted with during our stay.

The front desk was extra helpful and very kind! They helped me call a head spa and talked with them because I didn’t know where I was going. They had a restaurant/coffee shop at the main floor and everything was really good! The elevator takes forever!! And there isn’t enough extra pillows for such a big hotel

Great location near subway, malls, taxis, etc. Very kind and helpful staff. Small room, but that’s the majority of hotel rooms in Tokyo, so I get it. Breakfast could be packed as the restaurant is independent from the hotel, you’ll be fine if you go early.

I didn’t like the size of the rooms, pretty small. Hard to fit even a medium sized luggage in, plus move around and get ready for 2 people.

near the JR Okachimachi Station and the Ginza Subway Line. Many favorite places for shopping, dining, and watching movies are nearby, including Parco Ya, Matsuzakaya Department Store, Uniqlo, and convenience stores. Wish they had more washing machines/dryers. Also, more spacious.

Staff: The hotel team was super helpful, genuinely sweet, and incredibly polite. They gladly assisted us with everything we needed and provided excellent service. Room: The room was absolutely perfect. While it is on the smaller side, the brilliant and smart design makes it so you don't even notice the size. It is extremely comfortable, meticulously clean, and truly a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

The 2 elevators felt like they were always occupied, and they were used both by guests and by the cleaning personnel. This meant that we often had to wait in the morning to leave the hotel (sometimes up to 5 minutes) as we had to wait for the elevator to reach the 10th floor - and sometimes for another elevator as the one that arrived was full. Only 2 washing/dryer machines - we were lucky with timing that we didn't have to wait for it, but it's something to be aware of. We didn't include the breakfast in our stay, but did eat at the breakfast café once - service was really slow.

My first time stay, and generally it’s good: -Nice staff with good service -Clean room with good water system -Though small, it has almost everything -Good location, very practical Almost none, but hope hotel could try to find a way to make it easier to find: two taxi drivers fails to find it easily.

Location was easy access to stations or walking to Akihabara. Elevator was only access to floors and there was always a wait. Bathroom was very small making it difficult for use with the rest of the room tight with bed. Lots of bumped elbows.

One of the best hotel at Ueno area, had a great time on most places is Tokyo via train, the hotel location is very convenient Nothing, everything was great, had a perfect stay in Tokyo.

Hotel was very centric and closer to the train station. It had a great coffee and supplied us with all necessary items during our stay. Beds were very comfy and the room was so quiet at night. Room space is very limited, so if you're carrying a lot of luggage you may struggle. Other than that, I have no complaints at all.
