The staff were helpful and friendly It is not near the Seaside. The name is misleading

Very close to the Samezu License Center, around 3-5 minutes walk, very convenient for those who needs to queue up early morning. Room is clean and equip with everything. There is an Aeon shopping center with restaurant nearby, also 7-11 across the street. Mandarin speaking staff is professional and helpful.

Very nice standard, and good value for money. There aren’t many hotels of this class in this part of town. If one doesn’t mind a 10 minute walk to the nearest station (easy and enjoyable), I recommend this quiet residential area. Very mixed feelings about staff - their communications skills and agency in particular.. The only exception - and here’s a nod to the Management - is Phuy, a gem. My room appeared spotless at first glance until I dropped my earring. Hard to reach areas need thorough cleanup.

Hotel is located quite close to Haneda Airport. The staff were friendly and had a nice breakfast. Room nice and comfortable.

The rooms were spacious and clean. There is a coffee shop/restaurant in the lobby. Easy walk to train stations. The shades did not block out the sun very well. Also, the beds were not very comfortable.

Really uncomfortable beds. When I asked for an extra pillow for me and my friend, they denied the request and only gave 1 extra pillow. The room was only equipped with two pillows total.
