The sound insulation. It is equal to sleeping in a dorm with 20 people.

It was ok. Friendly staff and nice coffee are. No rest space beside your bed. The coffee shop always busy to be there chillin
-
Café ( the café is decent, there is plenty to eat and there's also a charging station located where your seat if you need to charge your pc or otherwise electronics) Location (the location is great! Close to a bus/train station, 20 min walk from Shibuya around 40 min to Shinjuku and there are plenty of good restaurants in the area) Cons Thin walls (you can hear everything) Small capsules (little room to move) Smell (bathroom facilities odor is intense due to the small area and lack of windows/entrance of air) Conditioning (little air constantly lead to hot environment in, inside the beds you have no room for air)

It's right next to the train and subway stations in a really nice part of town. The dormitories were clean and well-maintained and it was pretty quiet at night. The cafe also had pretty good food and coffee. There was no kitchenette or refrigerator and the shared space was also a pretty stylish cafe which was nice but sometimes felt a bit hard to relax in since there were always lots of hip young people there as customers.

Price, location

The location is right by the train and the staff is very welcoming, kind and understanding. The space was very clean and quiet. There was nothing I didn't like but I do wish there was a curtain you can swing in front of the bed to have more privacy.

A bit chilly at night.

The coffee downstairs was very cool and the vibe is great! It wasn’t clean enough sometimes
-

I genuinely don’t know how anyone could have something negative to say about this place! It’s super clean and chill, beautiful lighting, all white and clean…the cafe downstairs is chic, the staff is SO lovely and helpful, and the location cannot be beat. The train is 1 block away, and the neighborhood is full of beautiful boutiques and restaurants. I’ve stayed in quite a few capsule hotels in Tokyo, and this is by far the nicest one.

The corner where our beds were made it a bit difficult, the space was very tight and uncomfortable
-
Cafe underneath is really convenient and also had great food. The dorm spaces are clean and bright and bathroom facilities are adequate. Staff are lovely and helpful. The sheets I got had some stains
-
Its location is very convenient, and the cafe is perfect, I like the vibe, coffee(w/CBD), food there, also the staffs are kind. About the room, it’s quite a public place, so noise will be heard everywhere, the upper bed’s stair isn’t easy to climb. The shower room is only 2, hairdryer only can use between 6:30-23:00, so take your time to take a shower.

Location Kindness of staff No air conditioning Narrow areas They selling everything by money. Even storage lock ! You can find better options by these prices.
-
Location and very friendly staff Humidity inside the room and sometimes people talking loud at night
-
Bed was okay, location was also good and the place was clean. I stayed in the dormitory for one night but still, it was great, the staff was also kind and patient when explaining.

Location was convenient for transit and cute neighborhood. Staff were super kind and helpful. Unique capsule experience Mold, terrible small hard to get into spaces, loud street noise due to holes in my unit, lack of trashes, uncomfortable, felt like a military barracks. Don’t stay if you’re traveling as couple- there’s much cheaper stays near transit ELSEWHERE.

Location. The noise. People were making noise until 11pm and it started up usually around 5:30am. No towels, slippers or pj’s provided. Bed was very firm. Mostly, no ventilation within the capsules but in general as well. I kept the curtain open as often as possible. Worst part was the steep 3 flights of stairs outside to get in and the common area doubled as a restaurant so it was always full and I didn’t feel comfortable being in there. For the amount of people they are housing and the price, not the best deal.
