Great hostel, exactly how it looks in the pictures. Good location, just a few minutes from Shibuya Station and the language barrier was not a problem.

Too small a sleeping space
-
Very friendly and helpful staff, can place luggage at property prior to check-in time Beds are a bit stiff
-
It was clean and the provided facilities were decent No view, uncomfortable beds, no common area for eating or lounging, not a great location, lots of people being very loud and annoying.
-
It is a shared capsule hotel so you may have noisy roommates :)

Staff were great. It had all the amenities you'd expect from a capsule hotel. Close to Shibuya Station. Excellent value. I will stay here again but perhaps in a less crowded travel season. Cleanliness was a problem. They clearly wanted foreigners to stay in this capsule hotel, but they didn't enforce the extra cleanliness or noise rules that foreigners require. So the sleeping area had lots of noise and talking, slippers and luggage scattered everywhere and the common areas often had trash and personal belongings scattered around, and the shower rooms were in not-so-great shape. I would still stay there again because the price was so good - but this place really needs to accept the reality that young broke foreigners are often clueless when it comes to rules and expectations.

room was directly across from smoking area, was like sleeping in a noisy ashtray due to cigarette smoke and people yelling. Shared bathroom was dirty. Staff will not hold luggage after checkout (not my experience with other capsule hotels)

my last day there at 5am, there was a dude came inside my room while i was asleep. i was so scared that i thought it was a dream. he was so intoxicated and sober. the thing is he was naked. i tried to tell him to get out of my room but he still didn’t. very scary and i’m still shaking thinking about this. but overall, i still love the place

No chance to store luggage after checkout

Super tiny hallways, was always crammed up against people. No place in the storage room where people usually organize their clothes. If you get a top capsule, the ladder layout is very poor and you need to be careful, otherwise you might hurt yourself.

Close to train station

It was fun staying in a capsule hotel! The pods were really comfortable and other guests were super quiet so no worries there. The bathroom and lockers for our gear were great and the location was amazing! The staff weren't the friendliest but I guess they're dealing with a lot of guests every shift so its understandable.

Very centrally located, helpful staff No elevator, so i had to carry my large bag to the third floor

Clean enough and good location Nope

his stay was behind terrible. The pictures showed on the profile of this place doest go with it really look. I have pictures to prove it. Dirty , air con not clean , yellow sheets from bad cleaning, towels smell bad, and I’m starting to develop a rash in my legs most probably from bed bug and will have to visit a doctor . I want a full reimbursement

The door leading between the rooms and the common area needs a door closer. Too many inconsiderate patrons were slamming the door when having to smoke in the smoking area. I was woken up at least 11 times during the night and morning before 8am

Very close to Shibuya, Clean, value for affordable No lift but it’s ok

It was quiet when i stayed and it has good quality good clean facilities. I never had a problem with showering when i needed to. The location is great its nestled down a quiet street yet just a quick walk to the action.

First time experience the capsules hotel. Little bigger then grave. In capsules you can just lying down can't move around. No place to change clothes. No sitting areas. Not for me. No change areas. No sitting area.
