The breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the swimming pool as well. Nice gym and spa. A few times they sat us at a table pretty far from the breakfast buffet when there were plenty of open tables.

We did not like the facility at all from the beginning the way that welcoming and asking the deposit for nothing in the room at all. No any good explanation of the facility. Not deserve the price at all. 1 star level of quality. Just we booked as we trusted the chain name of Hilton but we made a mistake Even we waited in the queue at breakfast while the whole place was empty. Less than a star;(very big shame . I will never ever advise or stay any of Hilton any more. ?

Stayed for 6 nights and everything is great! The location is central - walking distance to several subway and bus stations; a pickup point of the Airport Limousine Bus; close to many restaurants and shopping places. The room is spacious enough; the staff are very friendly and professional. My mom specifically loves the hotel breakfast. All in all, highly recommended.

We were in Tokyo during Golden Week when the whole country is on holiday. The hotel was extremely busy at all times of the day. Having said that breakfasts were great. We did not wait for elevators. And the front desk was fast and efficient. The hotel was clean all of the time. Rooms were serviced in no time at all. The Hilton is a machine and it works. We had a great view of the surrounding skyscrapers. There's a free shuttle to Shinjuku shopping area and an inexpensive airport shuttle. There is no sofa or chair in the room despite being "luxury".

Right on the Marunouchi or just a 6 minute walk from the oedo line so easy it was easy to commute via subway.

Great location: feels quiet in an otherwise busy neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! The perfect way to fuel up for long travel days. Appreciated that they had a wide variety of food (from the East and the West). Also appreciated the Japanese robe provided in the room. Zero complaints. I was concerned that the elevators would be slow, and they were fine!

We had a room on the 38th floor. Amazing view. It came with executive lounge access and the lounge was superb. The staff were all helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. Large buffet with Japanese, western, and even Indian options. Great fruit. Great service. We had a bad experience at the Chinese restaurant for dinner. Inattentive service and overpriced.

During check-in they make you sign up to their loyalty program making you give them your name, email, phone & address just for the privilege to use their wifi which wasn’t even a secured/encrypted network so anyone in the hotel could see everything your doing on the web. The hotel lacks anything in the local vicinity ( everything is quite a walk away ) which makes it quite inconvenient if you just want to grab a bite to eat or drink before bed. They do have a few restaurants however the prices are quite high $70+ per meal and for activities they have a tennis court which you also have to pay $70+ per hour so becomes quite frustrating because if you do want to do anything it’s either catch a train or bus or walk for 30minutes Our room had a view of the hospital which meant we had to listen to ambulance sirens during the night. The rooms felt outdated.

It's a hotel, have a trashcan in the lobby. I know they don't have many in Japan, but you're selling good in the lobby that have trash.
