The rooms were a little small, but it’s not a big issue

The property was very clean and nice; loved the aesthetic of it. Loved everything about the property.

Great staff and walkable location.

Phenomenal customer service. They really helped out with things and a missing wallet. The entry to property is in a smaller, back alley area. Didn’t run into issues, but just didn’t care for it. Wasn’t very welcoming.

It was clean, comfortable and well located. We used the luggage storage on both ends of our stay which was very convenient and accommodating. The room was nice and felt spacious for Tokyo. There was nothing I didn’t like about it

i loved how clean this hotel was and surprisingly our room wasn’t too small for 3 people with large bags, the staff was really helpful and nice i just had a small issue with the breakfast, the quality of it was great but the options were really limited but honestly i wouldn’t recommend booking the stay with breakfast because there a lot of great breakfast places in tokyo that need to be tried. book hotel breakfast only when needed.

The room is OK for tokyo We were there for 5 days. The amount of food offered at breakfast does not match the number of guests. There were shortages all the time, they were not replenished. Many of the guests stood waiting for the staff to replenish food. Most of the time the food ran out and the staff had no response to replenish it. Not suitable for a hotel that claims to be at its level.

Clean hotel and walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. Bathroom shower, toilet and sink were all separated and clean.

Breakfast was quite lacking. I saw options for gluten free and diet drinks but they don’t apply to me so wasn’t useful for me. The options were also quite limited. Bought vouchers for 4 people for all 3 mornings and only ended up using 4 out of the 12.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was helpful and polite. All facilities were clean and maintained perfectly. The drier was a bit problematic. With help from the staff all laundry was dried and clean.

1. Space is on the moderate size in Tokyo. Would fit three people with just enough space for luggage. (There are other hotels with bigger space tho; but nothing to complain about) 2. Location is near the stations - Seibu Shinjuku and Shinjuku Stations (with many train lines) - this is unbeatable. 1. Breakfast choices. For the price and from the rating of the hotel, I expected way more (compared w/ other hotels in Japan w/ similar rating). The choices are the same all throughout our stay. 2. Not enough storage hooks to hang towels, clothes, etc. Would appreciate if they added one or two in the bathroom.

We loved the ease of everything about this hotel - location, services, simplicity, even the pleasant smell. But the truly exceptional kindness, support, and service we received when we arrived with an unexpected medical mobility challenge saved our trip. We borrowed a wheelchair and could easily get to breakfast and the room while we found medical support and access to picking up medication via taxi they arranged for us. Truly exceptional. The only downside was the laundry. So convenient, and all in one use, but the clothes will not be dry even with an extra dry and limiting load size dramatically. We didn't try addition extra dry time because others needed the machines. I would recommend carrying a dry line, and not doing laundry the evening before departure.

Proximity No coffee machine with free coffee that is usual on Japan hotels.

The space is quite small, which is not obvious when browsing the pictures.
