Hotel Bampky

The room had everything you would need for a stay. The water pressure, water temp and air conditioning were great. Had a fridge and microwave and all you would need to cook. Reserved a superior room #103 thinking this would be on an upper floor. It was on the first floor. Did not sleep due to the noise from the unit above. Believe it was where the staff stayed. Loud footsteps, furniture be dragged at all hours. The last straw was constant noise from midnight to 1 am when we finally confronted the reason for the noise. Staff was cleaning at MIDNIGHT!!! Staff did stop once we complained. However only for 6 hours and then the noise started up again. Don’t recommend this place. Room #103 has a window that opens to a trash bin. Also, has an early checkout time of 10 am and will charge per hour for a later checkout. Definitely not the place for a light sleeper!!

The man at the front desk went above and beyond. He was so kind and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Will return! Nothing

The location was perfect. Everything was close. The room was nice. The stuff is very nice.

Great location. Off the Main Street. Staff was kind and watched our bags before we had to leave for the airport. Beds were comfy. Had a washer dryer in room but took forever to dry. Lots of amenities like hair brush, toothbrush etc. Was musty. Seemed run down. And a little dirty.

Fabulous accomodation, spacious room that had everything we needed. Staff were wonderful - I left a jacket in the room after checking out and they were nice enough to hold on to it until I returned to pick it up two weeks later. n/a

Clean petite room with great shower. Perfect for an overnight stay and wonderful location and price. Elevator for luggage. Very simple. Did not use sauna but the room was warm / cool as needed with perfect shinjuku location. CLEAN amenities and room!

Extremely big room for Tokyo and great location, right in Shinjuku but still in a quiet street. We absolutely loved the room. It was so spacious, especially compared with other rooms we had on that trip throughout Japan. Can absolutely recommend.

A small hotel close to the heart of Shinjuku. Although there were only a few rooms on our level we could hear the late night arrival and early departure of other guests.

Small but very cozy and comfortable hotel. The room size is quite good: enough to comfortably open two large size luggage and two carry on. Location is about 10min walk from Shinjuku station. Recommend !

Night staff was amazing. Very helpful with shipping luggage. The room was compact but clean and comfortable. Despite the size and location, it was quiet and a great place to come back to at the end of the night. Would've liked to been able to choose my own toiletries. Front desk staff in the mornings were a bit difficult to communicate with, but I understand that there is a language barrier.

There are so many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, loads of options during all the time. It would be very convenient if you are familiar with all the subways and trains exits, sometimes it is better to walk on the street rather than walking underground. I think the magnetic sticker for asking to clean the room is missing from our room, so only able to get amenities refill instead of cleaning/ tidying up service during our 7 days stay.
