Location, staff, food. Air conditioning, cleanliness, decor Personally I wish the gym was larger with another bench and free weights to at least 50lbs. A pull-up bar would also be another good feature that could be added.

Property is nice, the problem is the staff and it attitude The room was dirty, there were hairs in the bathtub and shower, also the air con filters were so dirty no air passed through.

Located of the hotel in the crowded area, close to the shibuya crossing Many stranger people intoxicated around the hotel, not recommend staying with kids due to this situation

Great location close to everything and they offered a very delicious breakfast. Nice view from our room as well and it was very spacious. Definitely a western hotel, so it's missing Japan-style amenities like pajamas, skin care (beyond body wash, shampoo, conditioner), and a super deep bathtub. For the price and other Indigos I've stayed in, I was a little disappointed.

What made this hotel exceptional was not only the beautiful space, but the people behind it. The staff’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel at home from beginning to end. A very memorable hotel experience and would absolutely come back again.

The locations unbeatable if you like to be in the middle of action. You can walk to Omotesando or stay in Shibuya. Great restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Young crowed. I was pleased with everything

if you want a real flavor of downtown tokyo this is the perfect place to stay. the hotel is super clean, the stuff is speaking english ( yes to our total surprise in japan english is not so much spoken but with the help of google translate you can make it) . downstairs there are two amazing coffee shops, 20 m away it is a street with restaurant, across the street is a big store so yes it is worth. Moreover i had my birthday during my visit and the hotel staff wrote me a letter with happy birthday wishes which was really heart melting. all was perfect

Outstanding views! One of the greatest breakfast offerings i've ever seen and it was delicious. Wife went crazy over the bathroom/bidet. Room size was comfortable. Staff above and beyond helpful. It was a little hard to find by taxi. Outside street signage could be larger.
