She noted down but we came back in the evening, room was in a mess. No cleaning was done, sheets were not changed. The staff at the reception was very rude when my wife questioned! The air conditioner made horrible noise all the time. Water drips from it and there stains on the wall. Room was so congested that we could barely move. I will never stay in that hotel and will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Great location and friendly staff Bed comforter, these are not washed with every customer. And maybe provide new sandals or take away the used ones.
-
Close enought to kabukicho for a really decent price for how long I stayed

The only thing I didn’t like was the Pillows were to hard. So I slept bad. But overall was goood

Very RUDE and apathetic hotel staff. It did not feel like I was in Japan. The worst Ive ever come across and I travel overseas quite a bit

The room had awierd smell. There was an air freshener spray inside the room. I used it a lot.

Room was a good size for Tokyo. Hotel doesn't allow any form of luggage storage even leaving a bag for 5 minutes to get a last bag from the room. Wouldn't even advise where the nearest luggage storage was. Window was broken letting in a lot of cold air. Checkin staff were really unfriendly and not present to allow checkin.

my personal choice and i am a returning client. Loving the area close to the parks and railway connections / as well as the airport connection. Quiet living area with lovely passages and strolling. loving the price-qulaity value. loving the upper floors sunrise and sunset views. water can be available at the rooms. Other wise corner convenience store is just few meters away

Location, cleanliness, comfort Room is not very spacious and bit limited. Entertainment (TV) could have been better

The beds are decently comfortable. The location is also good and there’s a train station literally right next to it. The rooms were dirty and the whole hotel smelt of old fish tanks. The cleaners were also rather rude and glared at you as you walked past. The bathroom was so small it would give claustrophobia to mouse. And finally, they don’t hold your luggage so if you check out at 10am but don’t have a train until 3pm (like I did) you just have to find and pay for a locker to put your case in.

Location was great The property was good, but it could have been so much better. Starting with check-in, we arrived a little early and the staff wouldn’t let us leave our bags there, so that was super annoying. We had to go back to the train station and rent a locker. Then with check-in, the staff insisted we use the computer, but the computer didn’t work so it was just a huge pain could’ve been so much better slightly empathetic.
