How fresh, new and clean this hotel is.

Location. Close to JR Station and Metro. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Breakfast buffet was tasty. None

The hotel is relatively new, and a lot of thought has been put into its design. The value for the money (having in mind the location and polite service) is beyond excellent! When considering the price, nothing! The place definitely overdelivers. If we don't consider the pricing, the room and bathroom could be small for many people. I was by myself, so it was sufficient.

The hotel is very clean and convenient, and the staff is nice and helpful. You can leave your luggage in the lobby if you arrive early. The check-in time is exactly 15:00, which was problematic for us after a long flight. The bathroom is extremely small. Whoever took that photo of the bathroom did a great job, because it's actually tiny, if you're a bigger sized person you might have problems fitting into a bath or probably even sitting comfortably on a toilet.

The hotel was close to multiple subway stations. The breakfast had good mix of both traditional and conventional food. There is an attached Lawson convenience store to get water, snacks and bakery item. The towels were changed every day. It has three elevators and 14 floors. The hotel is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to several attractions and a 10 mins walk to Tokyo towers. N/A

Very nice hotel. The room was small, but very comfortable and perfectly clean. Excellent breakfasts. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional. It was very convenient that we could check the availability of the washing machines on the TV.

My stay here was great! The staff was very kind (and also spoke English in case you are worried about a language barrier). The location was nearby Tokyo Tower and convenience stores. The room was a bit small, as expected in Tokyo hotels for a decent price. The bed is on the firm side, which I personally like, but if you don't like firm mattresses, it might not be your best option. Overall, my stay was amazing! The machine check-in was a little confusing since I had never done it before, but the staff helped me with it very well. The room was a bit small, but that is to be expected in Tokyo and the online listing was pretty accurate.

I had some stomackt problems in the morning and missed the checking out time 30 min, hotel charged me additionally 2000 YEN. This kind of thing I haven't experience any where before.
