Shinjuku East Hotel

There was alot of mold in the shower room

Great location, parking, and value. Beds were not so comfortable.

The location was great. It was in the heart of Shinjuku. It was also by an airport. It was a pretty large room and had fridge and a working AC The hotel is outdated and needed a physical key. They also didn’t allow any visitors. The bathroom ceiling had black mold.

The listing stated 24hr check in when the reservation was made, but as soon as the reservation was made I received a notice that the check in time requested was not available. I had to spend an extra fee in order to use a service which was initially advertised as part of the package. Despite the fact that 2 rooms were booked for the same party, the members of one room were not allowed to meet with the other when half of us did early check in. This means we had to make 2 trips to bring everyone's luggage up.

Close to shinjuku and several stations It is an older hotel but the rooms are big

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Shinjuku! The location was perfect — just a short walk from the station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The neighborhood was lively, with restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially first-timers who want to be close to everything. I’d happily stay here again!

Very spacious room with many amenities. Very good price for the area and convenient spot. The staff was always happy to help and we could find someone 24/7. The only bad thing in this hotel was that it was a little old and our room was a little dirty although we seen that the room was cleaned the carpet had stains and the walls had stains also. A little bit disgusting but could not complain. Because the room was very spacious and the price and position of the hotel were so good.

Room is big and cleaned every day and position is perfect to explore Shinjuku and Tokyo. There's a luandrymat in front of the hotel, lots of conbinis nearby and Higashi Shinjuku metro stop is at 3 minutes walk. The building is quite old and there's not a power socket near the bed. Onestly, for this price, no complaints at all.

When I arrived at check in time the check in attendant was away and I was forced to wait more than 10 minutes for them to return so I could check in!
