Simple but comfortable and clean room. The staff was very nice and it was great to have access to a kitchen. Great location close to the metro.
-
The bed mattress was not very comfortable for me.
-
Nothing really, though the space was a bit tight (which was expected).

The location was my favorite thing about the property because also in path and not in a very touristy area. The room was clean and had everything we needed and I was very sad to have to leave the bathroom behind ? That tub was incredible! There’s nothing.

Great place in an excellent location! Good transport links and an abundance of great restaurants and cafes in the area. The owner is kind and helpful and even leaves out chocolates for guests every night. The room was clean and comfortable and a good size by Japanese standards. Highly recommend!

This small hotel is run by a very attentive staff that goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. We had the room on the 2nd floor with a nice balcony (although unfortunately it rained most of the time). The room and bathroom were quite spacious, although as usual, just a few hangers are available. The bathroom was clean but it needs frequent ventilation as it might be collecting mold around the bathtub. We didn't need the kitchen but that's a good addition for those not wanting to eat out all the time. The location is quite ok, with metro in 5min walking distance, and the main Shinjuku area in 20min walking. The only thing I would complain would be the mattress, that was extremely thin and one would basically be sleeping on the bed frame.

Pretty small room for 4 people to stay

Property was clean and staff was friendly. No elevator and luggage storeage but the beds were comfortable

Located in Shinjuku 4 chome and walking distance to Marunochi Station. There are konbinis and restaurants around the hotel although not as many as Shinjuku main area. It is quite area so great for sleeping. The attendant was very helpful and informative. It is also a walking distance to Shinjuku Gyoen Garden and if you walk bit further you can find Japan National Stadium as well.

The inn keeper went above and beyond to help us find transit, food reccomendations, call taxis, and generally make our stay wonderful. The stairs might be a bit steep if you have a lot of heavy luggage.

Room is clean and they provided amenities. Host is very responsive and is willing to help even on odd hours. Carrying luggage to the 3rd floor without an elevator was challenging, but the host's willingness to assist was appreciated. The bathroom lacks high-tech features like a smart toilet or bidet, which may be a consideration for some. Additionally, the absence of towel/clothes racks in the bathroom caught our attention. The bed was a bit uncomfortable with a thin mattress and small, uncomfortable pillows. The location, about 10 minutes from the nearest station, and the limited hours of the nearby convenience store were notable factors to consider. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few amenities to be mindful of.

The staff was super friendly and understanding. When we had an issue with the fire alarm accidentally going off, the staff handled it very well and was very forgiving, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for our short stay in Tokyo as we were passing through. The beds had minimal bedding. Pretty much just a pillow and a comforter. It was still pretty comfortable, but I wish there were more blankets/sheets and maybe an extra pillow, but what they had still worked!

The building was a work of art. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out! We loved all of the aquariums in the lobby, and there were even fish outside on our balcony. We had an excellent stay and they were very accommodating of our super early check out time.

Location was convenient. Facilities were clean. Price was very reasonable. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. No elevator , and no closet space in room.

The property is tucked behind a quiet neighborhood in Shinjuku. It is a few stops away from Shinjuku station on the Marunouchi line. Is is very close to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden which is a perfect place to watch the Sakura Trees in Full bloom. Our room was located on the 4th floor. It is spacious and airy. There was a balcony but the rain stopped us from enjoying it. the bathroom was en suit which was good for us 3 friends. Aki-san was very accommodating and friendly. which made our stay super incredible. Love the facade of the building too!

The area the hotel was in is a bit shady but it's fine.
