I liked the location, it was more quiet but also close to the station with lots of food options around: The bed was a bit firmer than I’m used to.

Lovely staff, who were willing to accommodate my needs. Had all the needed amenities and was very close to the JR lines. Will definitely stay here again.

Very very small... could not even move in the room. Impossible to use for two people. Very hard bed and hard pillows...unacceptable for sleeping. Left to stay at another hotel. A waste of money.

I really like the neighborhood and the hotel. Not too flashy and I really appreciated the breakfast. I definitely will be staying here next time I'm in Tokyo.

The staff is super kind and helpful, the breakfast is truly Japanese, we loved it, everything was so special and delicious. Amenities were very diverse, the facemask was our favourite. Besides this, we learned some Japanese expressions too. We absolutely recommend this place. ?

Good location. Friendly staff Limited breakfast times. Finished by 8.30am weekdays and 9am weekend. Our bed was uncomfortable and the mattress topper had large stains on it (assuming blood). We did get a new topper which improved our stay

Location Welcome bar Amenities Hospitality Room cleaning schedule. Sad to say, sometimes, we enjoy slow mornings and that means if you are unable to post the “room cleanup” sign on the door BEFORE 10am, your room will not be cleaned. I think at the least, maybe regular collection of rubbish would be fine.

Spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Has a space for luggage and friendly staff.
