Excellent location- near Shabuya but just far enough to feel quiet and peaceful. Walkable to different subway lines. Loved being right next to a Family Mart. Staff were very helpful and nice.

This was an ideal hotel for tourist due to its proximity to the Toji train stop (en route from Kyoto station), Bus stops, and plenty of eateries as well. That I did not stay longer

Location is fantastic and provided a tiny bit of calm being just outside the action The air quality was a bit difficult for me with the old aroma of cigarettes

The staff is very approachable and professional. The room size is bigger than the average. The location is fine - not very near to transit stations, but it is acceptable. The room smelled odd - like moldy. The lighting is unpleasant. You have to leave the key in the reception every time you need to go out, and retrieve it when you get back.

The hotel is walking distance from Shibuya station, in a very convenient location. It is nothing spectacular, but gets the job done. Everything was clean, albeit one can tell that the hotel has not been renovated for quite some time. Overall I would definitely recommend if the only thing you needs is a bed and a shower.

Close to Yoyogi Park and Shibuya In a very quiet area surrounded by some lovely local cafes and shops away from the noise of Shibuya. Comfortable rooms with no frills but perfect for somewhere to rest your head and base yourselves. No breakfast.

Honestly not much There is stairs, no lift, when you arrive and no one to help with heavy suitcase. Lobby looks dépressive and old and dirty , and so is the whole hotel - the room are so small you cannot even open your suit case , there is no natural light at all , your window is walled off - you are a good 20min walk from asakusa BUT the price is still super expensive for the absolute shithole that this hotel is …. Do not get fooled - there is so many better portions next door and even cheaper sometimes !
