A lot of entertainment and a very nice lobby with cozy restaurant The basic room is really small and a bit far from the entertainment district

The property was vibrant with great public facilities, work spaces and food and beverage options. Location across from the park is great and made for nice morning and evening walks. The bathrooms are not great. Feel like a caravan bathroom. This is one thing that definitely isn’t matching the standard of the rest of the property. The metro is also not very close to so if you are traveling with lots of bags, you’ll have to take a taxi. It’s ok for in between when you are seeing the city.

    Small room

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

We are 3 people in the room with our luggage per each. It looks pretty small when we arrange our staffs. Without this, we consider this place is a top notch place in Tokyo Love The triple-bed room is pretty small for 3 people

Is close to many shops and a few restaurants. 15 minute walk to Shinjuku. Nice and quiet and the bakery was a bonus. Had laundry rooms and the staff were excellent Nothing.

The location was awesome and it was clean! Nothing.

We slept super soundly. It was a happening area of Tokyo. Everything was clean.

Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we needed assistance.

The room was very clean and comfortable though it was a bit small to my expectation. Breakfast was excellent. I would go back just to eat their breakfast :-) The butter chicken was amazing.

The room was small as expected for Japan, but the 3 beds fit well and were comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us to move around the 3 beds. The window curtain was not a full on black-out curtain, but adequate to keep light out to allow us to sleep in. Bathroom was clean. We did not use the laundry facilities. The breakfast buffet was great! It was our favorite one in Asia. The building is solid - we experienced a significant earthquake while staying here. There was no place to put our clothes, just a few pegs on a wall with hangers. Hotel appears older with minimal updates in the bathroom. The bottom/check-in floor has stained concrete flooring which makes it seem very hostel-like rather than a hotel. It's quite the walk to the metro station, but through a nice park so that was a plus.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and would stay again. It’s a great value. I like the location right near the park. Being in Shinjuku but in a quieter area is my preference. Having a great bakery in the hotel is a major bonus. I remember the beds not being the most comfortable in my previous stays, but this time it was downright uncomfortable. The shower is ridiculous for medium to tall people.

Location, staff, bakery and restaurant - great atmosphere. Bathrooms a little tired but great water pressure and lovely towels provided fresh each day.

The hotel is in a great location, but it’s also quite quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there’s an amazing bakery available in the hotel. Nothing

Location - quiet but walkable to action. The bakery on the first floor and communal spaces were next level Rooms a little small BUT we were hardly in them.

The room was spacious and the location was very good. Everyone at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were nice with a vibrant long shared table at the entrance where people would study or eat, creating a nice cozy vibe. Overall I really like it, the location was also very good, the shrine in the park next to it is a hidden gem and there is a few nice coffee places nearby, only 10 min walk from the station, I would recommend it to a friend!

Very cool atmosphere in the lobby. Great bakery on site. Friendly and easy check in. Location next to park was lovely. There was a significant lack of storage in the rooms.

Provided Gym. 15 minutes walk from train station.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Provided Gym. The standard twin room very small, no room for luggage and no closet.

It’s in a great location in a great city The service is second to none

I wasn't a big fan of the location. I think if it's your first time visiting Tokyo I would recommend staying in Ginza or Shibuya. I also think this hotel was a bit farther from the nearest metro station than I would have liked (10 minutes walking). That being said, the area is very safe and tranquil.
