You could write: The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast for its light, simple offerings and appreciated that the menu remained consistent each day rather than constantly changing. The quiet atmosphere and dependable routine made breakfast a relaxing and enjoyable part of our visit. The property was clean and well maintained overall. The only improvement I would suggest is replacing the light-colored carpet, as stains from occasional spills were noticeable even though the space was otherwise clean. A darker flooring material or hard-surface flooring might help maintain a cleaner appearance over time.

Location is excellent! Staff were very kind and helpful. The room is small but was everything I needed so not a problem at all. I couldn’t adjust the room temp but when it hit warm I opened the window to let in cool air (not sure how this works for summer since I was there in early April). Check in was quick. I was able to leave my bags in the lobby in my last day as I had several hours between check out (10am) and my flight home. The bed was extremely hard. The pillows were too. The room smelled kind of sour-maybe the wood +humidity? I thankfully bright a small noise machine because I could hear someone banging around in an adjacent room without it-loud enough that it would have kept me up.

I loved my cozy little room! The staff was so rude! My key card was disabled when I left for coffee, and they took the disabled key card instead of reactivating it, and just has someone else let me into my room. When I went to check out, the same guy pointed at the machine… which you need a key card to checkout. While we were discussing this he answered the phone and shoo’d me away.

Good customer service. Easy check out. Bed is terrible. Could not sleep well at all. It is better if the garbage at least picked up everyday.

The OneFive is my goto when it comes to my stay in Tokyo. The location is excellent for me and it's walking distance to all the great restaurants and bars. The value and location are the main reasons I keep coming back. I wish the room was slightly wider, but it's Tokyo and I feel I am getting the best bang for my buck here at The OneFive!
