The location is great. As soon as you get to the lobby you can feel the vibe of the hotel. Very friendly. Amazing view to Tokyo Tower.

Amazing staff, the breakfast was probably my favorite part of the trip, i looked forward to it daily !!! the spa and the hotel lobby and bars are great. The golden room downstairs is a great vibe. I will be back!

The hotel is undeniably stylish with a breathtaking lobby, elegant bar, and incredible views of Tokyo Tower. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were warm and attentive. The bartenders were especially impressive, crafting drinks with care and personality. Check-in and check-out felt rushed and chaotic, which didn’t set the best tone. The pool access was limited to short reservations (about an hour), and I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it during my stay. The room itself was visually pleasing but not as restful as I had hoped. The bed made noticeable noise, and there was an odd, sudden sound from the ceiling, possibly from the room above, which disrupted my relaxing moments. The smoking area is far from the hotel and not convenient, especially during busy business hours when the property sees a lot of corporate foot traffic.

Elegantly designed rooms and classic vibey Edition ambiance - I received an exclusive service and welcome by Gokhan at the reception when I arrived despite the crowds and the long wait. He made it enjoyable and made me feel special with his attention details, professionalism and friendly demeanour. Loved the functional gym and the cleanliness and service at the SPA. They changed our rooms but I needed to be on the phone to explain the situation for 30 minutes. We changed two rooms because of smell and state of cleanliness but even in the third one the walls were dirty. Absolutely not 5 stars, the staff were unwelcoming and cold. The system to book facilities was very old fashioned. The concierge sent us to the horrible head spa and didn’t book tickets to a museum.

Feels very much like an American chain hotel, which it is. Long wait for check in. Did not come to clean room until after 4pm.
