The breakfast and breakfast staff was amazing

The price i guess. First we got given the wrong room. It was dirty and there were ashes. There was a key card still on the table as if there was still someone there. It was a shock for us but we got a new one when I asked. The room was alright it was really small but ok for the price. The next morning we got ready when suddenly someone knocked on our door. We stayed silent until they just opened our door! How was that possible?! We were shocked and quickly shut the door.

Restaurant has a good buffet. Not too far from Disney. Room was small but clean. Shower super tiny but fine. Bunk beds meant we slept with our feet at the other end to avoid bumping our head (it happened several times)

Perfect location for our needs. It was walking distance to the train station which allowed us to get to Disneyland Paris in 45mins or the heart of Paris to see the tourist sights in 30-40mins. We ended up staying an extra night because the price, staff, and location were great. Excellent breakfast!!! No complaints.

The car park doesn't have a locked gated entrance, and is open to anyone. The doors of the room are therefore open to anyone, and anyone can access the hotel. This is unsettling if you have children. With a gated entrance it would make me feel much more comfortable and secure.

If you stay in this hotel, you can choose the breakfast included option. Everything at breakfast was fresh and delicious. If you are travelling as a group of 3, I would recommend avoiding this hotel! The third person will suffer greatly while climbing the bed as the height of the room is too low and the design of the bed is terrible.... Group of 3? Look somewhere else unless they update the rooms.

Very basic and the third bed difficult for an adult to access, but clean and comfortable. The height restriction on the third bed.

The location was quite good It was small, the bathroom was like a box. Only 2 hooks on the shower curtain so water went all over the bathroom floor and into the bedroom. Towels were not changed daily and beds were not made. Cleanliness was just ok but not great. No tea and coffee making facilities

It was okay for the price, and it was close to the train station and Carrefour (around 10 minutes walking distance). Super small room. The plumbing wasn't good, and every time we arrived at the end of the day would smell humid. The bathroom is super small, and has no extras (shower gel, etc), they only provided 1 towel per person, and 1 towel for the floor of the bathroom.

Location was lovely. Overall OK. staff are very rude and the rooms are DIRTY! But you get what you pay.

Nothing it was horrible and mould on the wall,spiders everywhere and when we been asked for another room because I said I can pay extra to get a normal room because my daughter got astma we can’t breathe in that. they said they can’t offer . So disgusting I been asking to take a photo they doesn’t let me to take the picture of the room . very disappointed. I had no money back they said to talk to Booking staff Was horrible
