Great location. Nice housekeeping staff. Read the fine print! When you book for 4 people and the booking says 'free breakfast included', it is actually ONLY for 2 of the 4 guests. This info is not disclosed until AFTER you book. Rooms were small - double beds instead of queen beds. A bit dated but clean.

It was really clean and has friendly and helpful staff The pool was not working. One of the reasons that we booked this was for the pool but it was closed most of our stay because of a maintenance issue

The location, Bed is confortable The hallway leading to the rooms was not clean enough. Dust near the windows . We could also hear outside noise, which was disturbing.

Great location, everything was functioning Hallways tired/dirty, garage reeks of trash and is dirty, room A/C is an older system and hard to regulate.

Reception and lobby area were very nice. Only dealtvwitg friendly staff. Location was close to subway and not far from cn tower, etc The room itself was alright. The bathroom was quite small and there is no in-room microwaves. There is a 'microwave room' down the hall? There is also no conplimentary breakfast, and trying to get food from one of the restaurants in the hotel didnt work out as each time we tried to, we were never there at 'the right time', which could be even the early afternoon or an hour before posted closing times. Also a very obvious humandeath bloodstain on the sidewalk outside which was sonewhat disturbing...

Hotel is well located, very well renovated and extremely clean. Rooms have a reasonable size and most rooms seem to face the back street which is quieter than the front one (where the lightrail constructions is happening in Toronto). Air conditioning works great, bed is comfy enough and pillow are good. Great blackout curtains and good size bathroom. Shower is tile and great water flow and Dove set of shampoo, conditioner and soap are great. Close to college train station and a few restaurants; really close to a market and a starbucks. The construction limits where you can cross the street, so some guidance when booking would help. Knowing on what side of the street (north or south - it is north BTW) we should exit if using the train would have saved us some weird crossing and some steps with luggage. Once construction is completed, there will be very little not to like.
