Reasonable location. Clean with a decent shower Appalling acoustics, sounds like the person above is flushing the toilet right on your head. Tiny room, only fit for one very tolerant person. Tiny window to a dingy alley. Very expensive for what it is.

Harley was so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. He even put a hairdryer in without asking. Were there for 1 week and he even switched out towels. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. Small but comfortable room. Great location, about 30 seconds walk from the Subway. Lots of restaurants / bars near by and shops too. Room needs a bit more TLC - crack in the sink although, didn’t affect use. We had a couple of hangers on the back of the door but, could do with a small rail or to hang more or draws to use and a mini fridge. Also, many homeless people around the area but, no issues with them so, shouldn’t be put off.

communication excellant details of getting into hotel sent. access codes to building and room arrived shortly ahead of arrival. harsh winter perhaps, but i would like to see the steps and walkway swept. and have a plan in place to repair the brokem chipped steps. liability. the halls were clean, but again i would detail or remove items not100%. roms a excellent clean and comfortable, if sa room is booked for two, i wolds like to see to chairs for seating vs one needs to sit on thr bed. harley was amazing - brought me an iron and pressing board. being disable he offered to help me bring my luggage to and loaded in my car. note - no driveway onto property and stopping in front on street not legal, but if you stop- take great care in doing so. a great and small hotel with no extra services. location can't be beat and excellent value. out front of hotel needs to be swept and repairs made. it is right across from subway/bus station, and never ending construction- requires la tumu to create and manage there guests first impression.

Amazing location in Church-Wellesley village, nice small room.

The location of this place can’t be beat! It was right in the heart of everything. Harley was also very welcoming, kind and responsive to anything we asked. It was very cramped. This does not feel like a deluxe king suite (and it’s a queen bed). The room was dusty and as someone who has allergies, it was a bit hard to sleep. There was no where to put your clothes. It was very basic. Since we didn’t spend much time there, it worked.

The location is excellent with a train station just opposite and lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and Harley was very welcoming.

Harley contacted me prior to my arrival to confirm my ETA and it was really easy to get in touch with him. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was impeccable. I highly recommend staying there and it's close to all the commodities.

Great location. Comfortable and clean! My tv didn't work and even though they tried, we couldn't get it working . It wasn't a big deal as I didn't have much time in my room.

It was well located The room wasn’t good ventilated. The second day I stayed I noticed an humidity small in the room so not very pleasant. The window was too small and the light wasn’t enough. As this is an old house, it’s not well insulated so you can hear everything above you and from the outside.

The location of the building was good The room I went, was not the room I saw in the pictures when I booked, I never saw a person there, they know my arrival time, but didn't see them, contacted by WhatsApp, with instructions, very small room, no place to open my bag only on the bed, no closets, bad lighting, with humidity, and mold on the selling of bathroom, when I ask for hair drier they told me to go to the top floor search in the storage room I may find one, the main problem it's not the same room I booked on the website. One more thing I left the place before I finish my time, because I couldn't stay, if I wasn't tired from the way I even won't spend the night. I moved to better place bigger better location feels like 5 stars with half the price. The price was high also for that place, missing a lot of stuff.

Nothing. They didn't let me check in, the neighbourhood was sketchy and the customer service was nearly non-existent.would not suggest you book in any way.
