Excellent location Everything was good except for the mattress. It was extremely thin and should have been replaced a long time ago. The lack of support caused significant back pain, which I am still experiencing. Unfortunately, unless the mattresses are improved, I would not return.

bed was not set up upon arrival and various areas of the room like the desk and shelf above bed were dusty, doors automatically closed in a loud slam so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs

One thing that would be nice to have from the property would be some cheap toiletries if they could give you like soap or some body wash it would also be nice to have a couple things to have in the kitchen that’s for the public such as cups or plates Just the basic. Also, it’s nice that they have security but if you arrive late, I can be challenging to get hold of the security. If you do not have a Canadian number I would suggest having the emergency security number either link to WhatsApp or being more active on the booking message system

This was a wonderful experience. Great value for downtown Toronto in summer. Perfect for single travellers. Surprisingly comfortable! Felt safe. Easy checkin. Friendly front desk staff. Great location, (Spadina subway station), clean room, air conditioning. 6 rooms in a pod, each pod has own kitchen and fridge. Restaurant offers discount to people who stay. This is minimal… but there wasn’t any hand soap in bathrooms, had to buy/bring own, (I always have little hotel bars in my travel kit), there wasn’t a fan in the shower room, and there wasn’t a mirror in bedroom. Again minimal.
