Its an average hotel with an Inn feel to it

The refrigerator made loud noises throughout the night and made it difficult to sleep. The kitchen stove was extremely weak and was only useful for boiling water. The room was not worth the price we paid. The beds and mattresses were uncomfortable. If you did not sleep exactly in the center of the bed, you would feel like you were sliding off the edge. The room was also not suitable for four people as advertised and felt much more appropriate for only two guests. We were exhausted during our stay and did not enjoy the overall experience. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Nothing Staff didn’t want to help in any way, the other guests staying where loud in the middle of the night, the rooms were old and dirty.

There was no bathtowel. When we asked for 2 bathtowels on our arrival, we were told to bring the bathtowels we had already used. I had to explain that there was no bathowels in the bathroom on our arrival sp we had nothing to return to them. The staff has often a touch of rudeness to them. They make you feel like a criminal at check in. This is what I noticed with extended stay. Also, on our arrival, the tub had a pool of water in it. We had to clean. There one used small towel hanging in the bathroom on our arrival. When we entered the room on our arrival, as always, extended stay rooms smells awful, like someone just smoked a cigarette inside the room, and cooked dried fish. Does anyone know how simple it is to be kind, professional, amiable to people? Or how easy it is to remove bad odors in a room? Training people how to be nice and professional should not be so tough for the corporation. The only time my spouse and I felt good was when we checked out. We were treated kindly by the Afghanian gentleman that was on duty. The check-in and entry to the room, and asking for towels was like having a root canal. This is not the only time I noted this kind of behavior with extended stay staff. As an RN, Im very patient. This time I habe spoken. Please have this addressed by the corporate office.

Overall the place was nice One staff memeber made our stay terrible we needed to extend our stay and they made it impossible as if they didn’t want our money we were willing to pay

Room was not ready, it was messy dirty towels on the floor bed messy nothing clean, tv didn't work. The gentlemen in the front was very nice and got me another room that was clean

The staff was wonderful great experience

Nothing . There were roaches ,bed bugs in the room n beds , no hot water ,no coffeemaker , the smell of weed was bad and strong all day , the room was dirty , floor was sticky ,fridge made noises at night , the older black lady with a wig was very rude and dismissive. There was an altercation between her and a customer due to her rudeness police were called , couldn't even ask questions because they were rude. Parking is terrible .

They refused to check in me and they receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. They were three other’s customers were having same feeling about her. I will never go there. Outdoor Smelling. I didn’t even get the chance to go inside
