Clean room. Great staff. Great breakfast.

The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was very helpful and welcoming

The place looks a little rundown on the outside but the inside was pretty nice. The room was comfortable had everything we needed. The shampoo and conditioner were organic and smelled great. The bathroom needed a little work and did not like the light that they had over the sink. Breakfast is not the greatest but other than that it was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff no helpful , they took extra money from my account without my knowledge. Poor quality hotel ,expensive but it was not worth it.

The hotel is okay, I he sheets, linens and bathroom were clean. The hotel sits on a small property and it was difficult to find a parking space.

Overall, we had an okay stay. The hotel looks a little old and outdated from the outside, but it appears to have been renovated, which makes it look nicer and more comfortable. For the affordable price of a one-night stay, I think it was reasonable, especially since two breakfasts were included. We just had to pay separately for our child’s breakfast. Parking was okay, and we were able to find a space without any problem. Our room looked clean at first glance, and it had the basic amenities we needed, including a TV, microwave, and refrigerator. However, there were a few things that could be improved. When looking behind the bed, there was still some dust and a little trash, so the cleaning could have been more thorough. The microwave was also dirty inside, and the refrigerator could use some additional cleaning. The bathroom was generally clean and had a nice electric toilet with a bidet. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in wall-mounted dispensers, along with lotion. Unfortunately, the lotion pump wasn’t working. The biggest issue during our stay was the sink. It was clogged, so we couldn’t really use it. We had to use the bathtub to wash our hands and for other things, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s not a perfect hotel, but for the affordable price and a one-night stay, it was still okay. With better attention to cleaning and maintenance especially the clogged sink.

However, the two staff members at the front desk need to work on their greeting skills. As I walked into the lobby, neither of them greeted me. Not a "hello", "how are you?", or "welcome to the hotel". Neither of them even made an attempt to make eye contact. I then proceeded to the woman on the left. She was texting someone, and it took her 25 seconds to even look up at me, only to say that she's not on her shift. Not even a sorry; I'll have so and so, who's next to her, help me. When I approached the other front desk woman on the right, no greeting from her as well. Not even a "sorry to keep you waiting", "welcome to the hotel," or anything. They both need to be trained and work on their welcoming skills. I thought it was just me, but then the person who was behind me also got the silent treatment without any greeting. Finally, when I was leaving, the same staff member who was texting didn't greet me, say "thank you" or "goodbye" when I checked out. This is the hospitality industry, and yet neither has any of the skills. I will NOT be staying here again!

Staff was amazing! It was convenient and affordable

At first im not aware that guess are not allowed to bring food to the room, my wife not feeling well and because its time i decided to bring 3pcs of bread and jam,1 yogurt,1banana and 1 apple but the asian lady stop me and didn’t even speak politely she just grab the banana and the small plate of bread and told me its not allowed. And for a guess i find it so Rude and no Manners!
