Miyako Hybrid Hotel Torrance

It was just a short stay but overall it was great!

Very clean room, loved the bidet, WiFi worked well and very friendly staff.

Extremely clean and fabulous staff!

Great place to stay when visiting LA. The staff are helpful and attentive to the guests. The property is well maintained and beds are comfortable.

The hotel's exterior is very well maintained, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable three-night stay and were pleased with the overall experience. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be that some of the furniture and carpeting are beginning to show their age. Considering that the room rate is not inexpensive, I would have expected more updated furnishings and newer carpet. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Torrance or Gardena area of Los Angeles. It offers a convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service.

Also, as much as I wanted to try your food there esp breakfast, the food prices are outrageous!

Everything was very nice. The only smoke concern is with the water in the shower sometimes comes cold, sometimes hot.

Staff was so so kind! Everything was very clean and the free parking was so great. My friends and I loved it here!

The staff assisted me with my bags all the way to my room, the at the front desk is very helpful explaining everything about my stay.

The bath and the atmosphere

The parking was great and very convenient. One thing that really bothered me was the service during breakfast. While we were eating, a waitress came over and told us that the buffet would be closing in ten minutes. However, she said, “Hey, we are closing the buffet in ten minutes.” I felt this was far too casual and unprofessional for guests dining at the hotel. A more polite and courteous approach would have been appreciated. I found her tone disrespectful and inappropriate for a hospitality setting. As a paying guest, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and customer service.

The room was clean and the bed was very soft. I like that I get free parking and there r restaurants and super market near by.

the breakfast was too Japanese oriented. Usually in California I expect fruit and granola and yougurt which were not very available here.

The TV selection/programming available does not have digital/Apps mode to select networks such as Netflix, YouTube, Disney, Prime etc; even Choice hotels I've stayed in recently have these facilities available. In this day & age the above is essential. Other than that, the hotel is well located, quiet, has adequate free parking & well maintained.

Everything was nice. The lady who checked me in was very friendly, pleasant and helpful…..awesome job
