MC Pacific Inn & Suites

THIS PLACE WAS VERY NASTY, AND MY FAMILY DID NOT FEEL SAFE! THIS PLACE HAD FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THEY LIED!!THUGS WERE HANGING OUT!!!!!!!! The place was disgustingly nasty, and the people were loud we did not get any sleep and the pool was dirty and it looked a crime scene!!!!!!

Rude staff Upon arrival was informed there was no key for the room if we left we would have to go to front desk to be let back in our room

I do have to say that your staff is awesome and was able to fix the elevator by the next morning. You guys have great staff but please next time when a customer leaves a message to please reserve a downstairs room for them because they are disabled please do so. You don’t understand how hard it is to have to walk the stairs to the 3rd floor because the elevator is not working. The staff are awesome people working there but the room had a towel that was dirty with lipstick on it. The tub looked like it was peeling off and the elevator stop working for a day and I had to walk the stairs up to my room in the 3rd floor. I’m am a disable woman and not having a room down stairs or having access to an elevator that works is not ok. The place needs serious maintenance and remodeling to be done to it.

Place was noisy

I didn’t like anything it place was dirty smell bad no hot water they take to long to give the room because the rooms was not clean .. bad service. I will never go back

It’s convenient to high school where my kids attend The inside needs a paint job. Chair at desk NEVER raises (in any room) Blinds are old and people can see inside …just get curtains

Really enjoyed our stay here, the room and bed were clean, the location was great many stores that were of walking distance and other ones that were a quicker ride away, would definitely recommend this place and they had an Indian restaurant with a buffet that was connected to the hotel, k cab d

No hot water.i asked multiple times and it never got fixed.

My day was pleasant, and the room was good for the value. The staff was friendly. The hotel will be undergoing some remodeling soon according to the information that the staff gave me. I would definitely stay here again, especially once it’s remodeled.

I stayed here for one night with a friend and it was ok. Room was old and the lock was basically broken on the door. I felt a tad unsafe knowing anyone could just bust through the door. The AC kept turning off but the bed was comfortable. Not the cleanest place I’ve stayed at tho.

The room was small and dated

I love this hotel and safe neighborhood, just one wish to update equipment such as very loud outdated air condition.
