The dryer was a bit weak, my small amount of clothes were still very damp after even an hour. So I went to the ENEOS coin laundry instead, really recommend there!
-
Complimentary drink when I didn't expect it.

The location is prime, the place is really taken care of and the facilities are great for the price!
-
Perfect location and amenities. Very very clean.
-
Very considerate staff. Easy to deal with. None. But i suggest coffee must be available usually in the morning. But overall, still a 10/10 for me.

Very easy and convenient! Facilities were clean and neat. Towels were provided! The complimentary drinks were helpful (1 beverage from the bar, water, and cups). n/a - everything was great!
-
It has a cafeteria on the first with a kitchen, cold and hot water always available. Really nice stay. Would totally recommend and for a good price

I thought that the beds were comfortable, but the surrounding frame is all hardwood, so going into the cubicle hurt a bit. Other than that, it was great.

The capsule was wide enough for me to stand up, it is clean and very close to the station. The staffs are all nice and we had our welcome drink too. Sometimes the bed creaks a little so I wonder if I disturbed the person around me. However it is not very crowded at that time so I thought it is fine.

Drop Inn Tottori is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Tottori Station. The inn is very clean and has an elevator. The capsule size is comfortable, and I appreciate that the capsules are one level (no upper deck). The capsule has an area underneath where you could store your luggage, and this can be locked too. The capsule has a pull down shade for privacy, a rod/peg and hanger, power outlet, and a small shelf where you could put your phone and other small items. The dorm, even with 12 beds, is quiet. 18 beds share 4 sinks, 2 showers, 2 toilets, but there never was a problem with long waits. Shampoo, conditioner, soap are provided. On the ground floor is the cafe/reception and a small kitchen. The welcome drink (a selection of non-alcoholic/alcoholic drinks; can be claimed at night) was a pleasant surprise! Free drinks are also served in the morning on weekends. I am also grateful that luggage storage was available after check out. I wish I could have stayed longer. Towels available for a fee. For ventilation in the capsule, it's recommended to not fully pull down the shade.

Probably the best capsule hotel I've stayed in Japan. The individual space is bigger than typical and very comfortable. It has one lockable trunk space under the bed and also another safety box next to the bed (it was big enough that I could fit my backpack in here). The best thing for me is the distance from the bed to the ceiling, maybe around 160cm or so. Felt like I had more than enough air to breathe and I didn't get claustrophobic. My aisle also has windows, so it was very nice in the morning. One free drink every evening and weekend morning was also greatly appreciated! The comfort of staying in capsule hotel largely depends on who your neighbors are. I guess it was a little unfortunate that on the second night, one of my neighbors was kind of messy and a night owl. The hotel itself was nice, but it was just too bad that the soundproofing was practically nonexistent. So whenever you stay in a capsule hotel, please be mindful of others, particularly odor and noise. Also note that the hotel doesn't offer loungewear, so bring your own home clothes.

Very conveniently located, even during heavy snow I was able to walk from the station to the hotel in a couple minutes. I was only there for one night but the dorm was neat and quiet. I liked the list of activities and onsens to visit posted by the elevator, definitely got inspo for my next visit!

On the weekends, they offered 1 free drink to guests. All I had to do was show my room card. It was such a great way to get a taste of drinks made in Tottori. They also had great info for tourism!

Stayed here for 3 nights - based myself here when returning from Matsue, intending to travel around Tottori & Kurayoshi. Service was excellent, there's a short hair bespectacled female staff who speaks excellent English, having worked in Osaka. Very helpful who gave great information on places of attraction & helped me dry my shoes when I was caught in the rain. She mentioned the boss wanted to ensure guests have ample space & didn't build a double storey bed in the cabin hotel area, unlike most cabin hotels. As another reviewer has mentioned, I'm able to stand in the cabin without my head hitting anything. Very well located, bus terminal (local & Highway bus to Osaka/Kyoto), Tottori JR station, Aeon mall are few minutes away on foot. As it's located in a relatively quiet area, it's not noisy. They also have daily evening complimentary drink for guests where you can sample local whisky, sake or cocktails. Rooms are clean & extremely affordable, highly recommend! Nothing

Very clean and the under storage below the bed was super helpful! Loved the location and it was convenient Nothing, I’d come back again

The place was clean, comfortable and had a warm feeling to it. The capsule was spacious enough, with even a tv inside. The dormitory was also quiet. Also, you can have a free drink every night ! And also juice and coffee on weekends mornings. The location was also very convenient, right across the street from the train station and the bus terminal so the sand dunes and Uradome coast are very easy to access. I only stated two nights but I wish I could have stayed more ! -

Located in an ideal spot near the station, with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, and a supermarket. The capsule itself was a standout—clean, surprisingly spacious with enough room to stand, and equipped with a very comfortable bed that allowed for excellent rest. I was impressed by the staff's support and the helpful resources about the Tottori area. Thoughtful amenities like a free nightly drink, a common space, and a well-equipped kitchen . I really had a wonderful stay. No complaints

Everything was clean and thought off. It's one of best capsule hotels I stayed at in Japan. The stuff was helpful. Capsule was spacious. The location is just a few minutes walk from the Tottori station. And the welcome cocktail drink is of course always very welcome.

The location is superb! Just a couple of minutes away from Tottori Station. The bed was comfy, the rooms and toilets were clean, and the staff were absolutely warm and welcoming. Loved the free welcome drink and even got to try the local sake! There were some noisy German guests during my stay, but of course, that wasn’t the hostel’s fault.
