This was a great stay. Fabulous room, lots of room with a desk and a table. Onsen facilities were great, clean and well maintained. The staff were super helpful. No English but could easily communicate with translation apps. Would stay here again. And the breakfast was very good. Nothing

This hotel feels fancy. It was a nice size room and the beds were comfortable. The hotel staff didn't speak English but used the translation app and it worked fine. They were very nice and professional. The only thing I didn't like is having to pay the spa tax when I'm not allowed to use the spa due to tattoos.

Very accommodating staff Bed was way too firm, and I normally sleep on a firm bed at home. There was no fan in the shower so it got really steamy and it would get musty in there. I had to air out the hotel room when I got there because of a smell.

the onsen and the huge room we had breakfast - a bit crowded and most of the food is cold. No egg station for making hot sizzling japanese omelette.

A great hotel with a large hot spring for hotel guests. We had a pretty large double room with very large queen-sized beds. There was parking for 500 yen per night right in front of the hotel. A little corner with souvenirs was nice, too. The location is central, but it was very quiet.

Breakfast was good and in a spacious ballroom-like hall. Car parking is nearby and charges were fair (500 yen per day). Our room was spacious. There is a laundry facility available, an important factor when we book our hotels. Staff not very friendly. They seemed to prefer the locals. Our friend and our son, who each had their own rooms (as singles) on a different floor had problems with their hot water heating up, it took a very long time. Their rooms were also small.

hot spring The cold water bath in the hot spring is too warm to be clean. The yukata for indoor wear is small because there is only one size. The whole hotel is old, the rooms are small, and the price is high. I wouldn't stay there again.

Lovely hotel, professional and friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms. Coin operated washing machines, onsen available. Parking close by. Coffee vending machines on ground floor. The bidet toilet seat and water not warm. It would be a good idea to upgrade television to have Netflix option for tv entertainment as it can be boring at night since there is nothing specifically to do in the evening and all shops close early.

Large room with desk, comfortable bed. Useful amenities and tea. Comfortable onsen, good quality shampoo and conditioner. The staff can sell stamps and send postcards. The lobby has a lot of space for tables, sofas and also a small shop. Near the onsen there are vending machines with all sort of drinks, food and a microwave. Good location close to the station and restaurants are nearby. The water of the onsen is a bit too hot for me. The fridge is a bit noisy but still ok.
