Super Hotel Tottori Ekimae

Lovely staff and location is pretty good. I don’t mind it but the bed could be better maybe bigger , at least for couples.

Staff and breakfast were the highlight of this hotel. Another plus was the cleanliness plus the self serving drinks at the bar. Lets start with the parking, its paid and pretty slow. Another negative was our room. We booked the room for 3 people, once entering we noticed that there was only 1 towel and 1 bedsheet for the double bed. Most importantly there sheets for the bunk top bed were not made so we had to do it ourselves. Water is nice but the bathtub is only suitable for a child.

We could hear noises from the hallway like when people were typing the codes to open their doors.

Location is great, it’s right by the Tottori station. Staff is excellent, and are very kind. Breakfast is amazing, I can’t even begin to describe how much care is put into making and presenting that breakfast. One of the best places to stay in Tottori. Honestly, there’s nothing I can say that was objectively not liked.

The location was superb, only a few meters away from Tottori station, convenience stores and the shopping area. The room itself was big and comfortable, with a large TV and a desk/chair area. The free complimentary breakfast buffet was also a huge plus! The staff were all kind and polite. The bathroom was very small in comparison to the room. The toilet’s position was right at the entrance, so it’s a bit bothersome (I knocked into it a couple of times). Plus, the wifi sometimes was cutting for some reason on my phone (it could be only my device though).

Great convenient location right next to the station; coffee machine available in lobby; chance to select pillow according to personal preference Very poor breakfast - food choices limited, even for business hotel standards; space not big enough for the number of guests. Couldn't get breakfast on one of the days because there simply were no available seats and we didn't have time to wait.

Free bikes on site. Close to the train. Small rooms, smoking allowed on premises, one elevator, crowded, low quality free breakfast that was often oversold and too busy. Uncomfortable beds.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was a nice touch and it's very convenient to the main station.

All The 4 room booked by us were provided on the 2nd floor( first floor as there is no ground floor in japan) Three of it with no window ( in picture they show the window coverd with curtain, actually the glass of the window was sand blasstef or blurred so you see nothing out side, and the next building was litrelly 1 meter away so no like or sun, actually it is not a window just a sand blured glass . The staff were very unfriendly and sturbn and will not listen, always saying this is a business hotel and that is how it is, it was a nine floor building facing the road, few lower floors on the backside have no windows and that what they give to none japanese , yhe profile the guest according to nationality and the company you booking through . They charged us we cane dow at 11:15 assuming the check out will be 12 pm ( it was over mistake that we did not notice the check out was 10 am which is not normal) and they charged us 1000 per room per hour or part of the hour. They made us us pay 2000 for each roomfor the 1 hour 15 minutes and we had to total 8000 yes extra for late check out, this was not told to us at the time of check in Let us call it a Super Shit Hotel , and super shit staff and management

Clean and small rooms with Netflix (login your own account), fridge, ac, and comfy bed. Free breakfast is fine. Breakfast only early (6:30-8:30). One pillow filled with plastic beads. Step down from bathroom far.

Breakfast covered the basics. Convenient location in a safe area near train station. I walked 8 minutes south to an excellent Izakaya and felt safe. Could hear trains and station noises with window open but not bothersome with window closed. No early check in but they stored my bag and I walked to the station and the tourist information center and they arranged a taxi to take me to the sand dunes and Uradome Coast for ¥4000 RT and wait time included
