Luke was very helpful, had very good language skills and made our stay very enjoyable. The other receptionist was also very helpful and shared information to improve our stay. Great staff!

Small and simple, but very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location in the old town was within walking distance of all interesting sites to visit A like small, especially the bathroom, but manageable

Location is fine and within easy walking distance of interesting attractions and neighborhoods. The room was smaller and less tidy that we expected. Not dirty, but not exactly clean either.

Very good Breakfast salle was far too cramped and the breakfast was not worth 10 Euros And was not impressed by charmless "+ dour young fellow supposedly serving breakfast !

It was perfect for a short stay. The room was really clean, furniture was modern. Bathroom really good. It didn't have elevator, we didn't need. I would highly recommend it. Location was great, near everything. Beds were excellent The shower was kind of small, and didn't have a place to hold the soap.

Good central location for exploring city. Fantastic city infrastructure with all the tramways etc. Hotel basic but adequate. Shower over bath was a bit of pain. Very nice check in man carried our cases up to fourth floor. No lift! Nothing serious but the carpark up by the river was a bit of a trek although lifts etc very efficient and nicely kept.
