Location was very close (walking distance) to historic centre. Building secure 24/7. A short walk and you are at the Gare train station. Rooms were basic but nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom had great toiletries and excellent hot water pressure. Room was spotless. Strong wifi! Staff (Eric and Timothy) were superb, so kind and genuine. Thank you Eric for being so helpful on suggesting tour sites and restaurants! Towels could use an upgrade!

Polite staff, quite neighbourhood. There were signs everywhere with the "fine" you will pay if you spoil something, the towels, the plumbing, if you smoke. Felt a bit like scolding in school

We really enjoy our stay at Saint Eloi Hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and professional, they took the time to give us an insight of the attractions offered in the area. The room was sparkling and the bed really confortable. we loved it

Hotel was 10-12mins walk to Gare de Tours but next to bus stop and few blocks away to nightlife area. Eric was a star ? with good English. Would love to come back there.

Eric was the most amazing host! I'm a handicapped and Eric switched me to a room on the main floor so I could be more comfortable (since the hotel doesn't have an elevator.) Thanks for everything Eric! ?

I was warmly welcomed and assisted by Timothy and I was happy with my room for just one night. I was impressed with how clean and the bed was fine, nice linens. I’d stay longer but just an unplanned stop on my was to final destination. I appreciate they offer a French breakfast also so reasonably priced. I enjoyed walking to a great Thai restaurant for dinner, a lot of restaurants not far.

Close to the centre Staff was kind too. Breakfast is minimal, but I can't complain as it is inexpensive.
