Breakfast was great! Rooms needed a little bit more attention to detail in the conrners of room needed better cleaning. Bathroom had mould & mildew a bit grubby! Needs more time to clean corner areas, shame really as these were the only 2 things that spoilt the stay. Staff were great! Parking was a little tight but adequate for the short stay. Building looks tierd & needs attention a little paint would not go amiss after all its a large professional business, a little investment would not go amiss.

The room was quite small, but enough for our necessities. Breakfast was good, with enough eatable things. Frontdesk personnel was very nice and helpful, eager to assist us with everything we needed (town orientation, restaurants searching, etc.). The hotel is situated at a quarter of an hour of walking from the old city, so we could leave our cars in the underground parking and enjoy our evenings out, after long drivings every day for sightseeing along the Loire river and its jewels (castles, vineyards, forests, beautiful towns and villages, etc.). That region of France is a real treat for the eyes, especially in October. The heating system inside our room needed some assistance, but it was solved eventually. Softer pillows would have been good for properly resting our heads and necks. Some vegetables would have been fine to have for breakfast. And some variety, too, as we stayed in that hotel almost a week and we had the same thing every morning. The parking was handy, but that came with a cost of 9 euros per day per car.

Underground, secure parking. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Compact room has a desk, small settee, and shelves beside the bed. Gym also available, however we did not use this stay. Wifi in the room was non-existent. There were a few outlets in the room, but only one was convenient for charging electronics (by the bed, under a tiny bedside shelf). The outlet by the desk was under the desk, so the provided kettle had to be on the floor. The only other outlet was high on the wall near the bathroom, nowhere near a shelf. Stairs between parking garage and lobby - no elevator access.

Room design. The use of extra space to create another bed - great for a small family. The breakfast is full and has all that is needed. The bathroom needs to have a nicer and more polished look.

Room too tidy

The room was a bit small and felt somewhat old-fashioned. The shower was a bit broken. Doesn't have a fridge which in summer is a problem.

Fabulous breakfast. Lots of hot and cold options. Not a far walk to the historic sights. Underground parking. Good value for a modern hotel. Room was quite compact.
