Great location, friendly staff. Room was decent and clean. One elevator for hotel shared by guests and staff was a challenge.

The rooms were okay. The water view was beautiful. Has outdoor seating on the beach and patio. Beautiful night to sit and watch the stars. Hotel needs some updating but it was fine for our one night stay.

No WIFI for my husband’s work computer for the 6 days we were there. We asked about WIFI daily, they said they would reset the router. No resolution. We heard others ask about WIFI too. We were told they were redoing the kitchen so not the normal breakfast, only two hot items given every day. Orange juice machine only worked the first day, not after that. Ice machines randomly worked. They redirected you to multiple floors to get ice, changing daily. The staff tried to be helpful when we arrived but after that when we couldn’t get WIFI it went down fast. When I booked the reservation, I may have read that they would not clean your room the entire stay. That’s OK but we ran out of towels, garbage needed to be taken out and we ran out of toilet paper. I had to ask the cleaning person for something everyday. That was easy because the cleaning people were just sitting in the hallway, on their phones.

We loved the restaurant on site and found all staff very pleasant & helpful. We had a first floor walkout. The moment we walked in, we could feel the room was very "soggy". Everything felt damp. We could not rectify this at all. We did not sleep well. When the air ran, it was cold and instantly got humid when it stopped running. It was very 2uncomfortable.

View from the balcony although the balcony's width is minimal so one can barely fit a chair The hotel is very old and the carpet in the hallways and rooms has never been replaced and it smells. The WIFI service in the room was weak in the front room and almost non-existent in the second room. TV in one of the two rooms did not work and channel lineup was minimal in the second and since the WIFI was weak I could not watch YouTube TV on my laptop. The microwave did not work. Only one of the stove top burners worked. There were no spoons in the silverware drawer and only two knives and two forks. Finally, the staff was not professionally dressed or groomed and not very friendly.

My room wasn’t ready upon arrival I wasn’t aloud into the room 5the staff on the floor cleaning was very rude saying what the rush you gotta go to the hospital . Which I did and she made us miss the aunt dying. The room has black mold in the bathroom I think I deserve a partial refund for how poorly I was treated during my aunt death
