I’ve stayed here numerous times in the summer and the cleanliness and upkeep of the property has regressed so much. And this last stay I had truly disappointed me. The rooms smelt like urine. Bugs everywhere. The carpets turned our feet black after 5 minutes.

Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean. I seen the staff mopping regularly throughout our visit and one of the staff was wiping down the luggage carts. The breakfast was ample. Sure nice that they delivered it to our room and on time. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was great! Beds were fantastic and very clean! View and location was perfect! Coffee maker in room is not so good, however, they have coffee 24/7 in the lobby that was great! Will definitely be back!!

Room was as described. Safe, clean and quiet. Choices of a boxed breakfast are given along with delivery times. Nice beach for resort guests.

The shower needs to be replaced. It’s horribly dated. The room prices are high enough. It would be nice if ceramic coffee mugs and glasses for bathroom/room.

I wish they would have a better breakfast selection, also dairy free combinations. We stayed 4 nights, our room was never cleaned. No apologies from the stuff. Had to ask for beach towels, coffee etc. Location was great on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Also kayaks, jet ski and boats for rent. Close to downtown and restaurants. Lots of parking on premises.

Staff was nice and helpful. Setting is pretty. Outside of property is nice and well kept. Inside..it is so close to being a nice hotel, but just needs some updates. Carpeting in hallway stained and dirty looking. Bathroom was ok except for visible mold on wooden door and smell of mildew. No shower gel provided. Breakfast was box style and delivered to room but it was good.

The property was clean and right on the lake. It has a great pool and hot tub too. We will definitely return and stay a couple more nights and go for one of the beach front rooms.
