Location, staff attentive, breakfast wonderful and I left my bag to stroll around. Front desk workers excellent went out of the way to hive hot water gor my tea. Room is a little beat sterile.

The loction is duperb, close to train station bus station city center, park and eateries. Staff is very friendly, and printed no less than 30 pages for me at no extra cost. They take being dog friendly seriously and even have breakfast tables outside, so that the four legged family members don't need to stay in the room. Breakfast has cereals yoghurt, juice, croissants and cake, sweet and savoury spreads hard -boiled eggs, white and dark small bread rolls, prosciutto crudo AND cooked ham, cheese... but we brought our own tomatoes (for which there was olive oil!) You can order different varieties of coffee or fix your own tea. The free Internet has a stupid security programme blocking, for example, btinternet! Also, the air-condition didn't work properly, nor the bathroom extractor fan.

Very friendly and accommodating reception staff - breakfast was nice, and location is very central. We checked in to a smaller room than I had booked (for personal reasons though), which was facing the street and it was very hot (no ventilator).

Located very close to the center of the city. Working elevator that is not creating claustrophobia like in many Italian hotels. Breakfast until 11AM. Air condition In the room did not work. 30C degrees in the room while 23C outside at night. Opening windows offered some relieve, but did not manage to cool down the room, but allowed the smoke of the hotel guest smoking outside on the fire escape to blow into the room. The “roof top terrace” is filled with the hotel’s AC machinery blowing hot air at the guests that might erroneously have found their way up here. Located very close to the center of the city: No parking at or anywhere near the hotel. Any legal parking is hundreds of meters away. Any covered parking even further. Your car’s navigation system will probably not suggest a legal way to get here, better ask Google maps. You can unload your car but then it needs to be moved by you to anywhere legal.

Well served central location and clean rooms. The parking lot is faraway from the property and quite uncomfortable. I found pictures for online room selection somehow confusing.
