A very nice hotel, which we used as a base for the Dolomites, lovely, cozy room, fantastic location, 5 minutes from the train station and old town. Highly recommended!

Location, breakfast. Hotel has very limited parking on the property (maybe 4 spaces, one of which is supposedly reserved for handicapped guests). There is a garage about 5 minutes away. At check-in I was told that I should park there and that the hotel would give me a ticket to exit the garage. I assumed this was some form of validation but it was not and I was charged 10€ at checkout.

Very nice stay!!! Modern, totally new rooms; also the hotel itself seems to be newly renovated. Very nice breakfast room and excellent breakfast and espresso. Could take our little dog to the breakfast room, which was excellent!!! Hotel is very central, nice city!!! -

A beautiful balcony, living trees with green leaves just outside my window, a calm street. So different from so many hotels which are just glass and steel walls looking out on a noisy street. This hotel is a wonderful haven of peace.

The cleaning lady left the door of my room open after tidying up while I was at breakfast.

Very well run, easy to access, very clean, well designed. Good views from the room. Ideally located in town. Many breakfast options. Only one elevator, a very minor annoyance.

The room was exceptionally clean and had a wonderful view. It was updated and had a great shower. Breakfast could have offered a few other more vegan or vegetarian choices

Excellent room with two balconies Bar and restaurant not open Sunday night when everything in town was closed too.

Even though the room is a little small, it is still comfortable. I was given a quite room facing the courtyard as requested and the view of the castelo from the little balcony was fabulous. Nicholas and Eleonora at the friend desk are very hospitable and so is the staff in the breakfast room. The breakfast is real good and has plenty of options.

Depends on the room. I changed 3 rooms in 2 days. Check that your room windows are not on the street ANA you don't see AC system blocks - it makes noise 24*7.

Cold water in the shower, and 1 o’clock …. Boom no more air conditioning no more electricity… living my wife in the dark to feed our 6 month old baby
