This is a stunning hotel with all first class facilities. The staff are so friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The carefully curated breakfasts were different each day and were superb. So much care has been taken in every aspect. Thank you - we loved our stay!

Very attractive decor. Really helpful staff. Loved the toiletries - not something I usually comment on but beautiful scents in both shower and hand gel. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to town and facilities. Great for a short stopover in Trieste. The rooms are not huge so really good for a stopover only. Small lobby and breakfast area is limited, though the atmosphere was great throughout

The decor in the room was beautiful, the free mini bar was a lovely tough, the staff were very nice My room was very noisy in the evening and into the night as people spoke outside my room. The walls aren’t soundproof.

The lights in the bathroom where not working properly. 1 light did not work at all and another started flickering badly after putting the lights on, the bathroom door was taken out and no real air vent was working in the bath room. Mentioning this after arrival they said the hotel was full they had no options. I also mentioned i was alone as shared in previous messages but they mentioned we cant help you. Talk to the manager, she is present tomorrow. Than the manager was not there, she would come Wednesday but after 9 and i needed to be at a conference at 08.30. So no help and bad service so far. I will write an email to them see what happens.

Friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful 'exceptional value' for money breakfast. Location was perfect to access the centre of Trieste without taking any transport...just a 4 minute walk! Overall value for money stay Nothing

Be prepared to use stairs, 8 stairs to get to the elevator, and no help with luggage. Front desk staff not available before 7am, so for an early morning departure no help with arrangements for a taxi. Otherwise staff was good and helpful with answering questions and providing information.
